🎨🐿️ Meet Celina! 🐿️🎨
Say hello to Celina, one of our amazing CSRs who’s been in the veterinary field for 3 years! Originally from New Jersey, she now spends her days greeting your pets with a smile and sneaking in extra love for every dog that walks through our doors. 🐾

At home, she has two adorable pups of her own:
🐶 JDE
🐶 Mason

Celina says one of the best parts of her job is getting to see all the dogs every day — we can’t argue with that! But her favorite animal of all? The mighty squirrel. 🐿️ Yes, really. They’re tiny, clever, and fast — kind of like her energy on a Monday morning.

When she’s not at the hospital, Celina enjoys painting, running, doing yoga, and heading out to concerts whenever she can. 🎨🎶🧘‍♀️

And if you need a laugh, she’s got you covered. Her favorite joke?

“Can we all agree — the person who invented the knock-knock joke should get the no-bell prize?” 🔔😄

😸☀️ Meet Mahaley! ☀️😸
Say hello to the newest member of our CSR team — Mahaley! She joined us just a year ago and has already made waves with her positive energy, quick wit, and very unique thumbs (more on that in a sec). 😄

Growing up in a military family, Mahaley moved all around South Carolina, giving her a lifelong love of meeting new people and seeing new places. These days, she’s all about chasing sunshine and warm water whenever she can. 🌞🌊

At home, she’s got her hands full (literally) with her two beloved cats:
🐾 Clover – graceful and mysterious
🐾 Ricky Bobby – fast, funny, and definitely living up to his name

Oh — and those double-jointed thumbs? Yep, she’s got ‘em. And no, we don’t fully understand them either, but they are definitely a conversation starter. 😂

Mahaley is a big fan of Adam Sandler movies, so it’s no surprise that she’s got jokes for days. Her favorite?
“Why are fish so easy to weigh? Because they have their own scales!” 🎣🎤

🎨🐰 Meet Olivia! 🐰🎨
If you’ve ever admired the adorable hand-drawn signs around the hospital, chances are you’re looking at Olivia’s work! She joined us just over a year ago, bringing not only her talents but also her love for animals — and a sassy rabbit named Curie who rules the household. 🐇✨

Originally from Colorado, Olivia has settled into her role as a CSR with creativity and heart. When she’s not helping clients or sketching up something cute, she’s probably:
🎮 Gaming
🐴 Adding to her Breyer horse collection
🍭 Drinking something sweet enough to power a hummingbird
🎥 Rewatching Howl’s Moving Castle for the 127th time (and we fully support that)

Affectionately nicknamed "Liver" (because you can’t live without your liver — obviously), Olivia brings joy, laughter, and a touch of Studio Ghibli magic to the hospital every day. 🌿✨

She loves being in nature, caring for animals, and adding her artistic touch to our space — and we’re so lucky to have her on our team!

🎧✈️ Meet Pauline! ✈️🎧
Originally from upstate New York (and she insists we make it clear — not the city 😄), Pauline traded snow for sunshine and joined us here in South Carolina!

She’s been part of our VCA Palmetto family since July 2022, and we’re so lucky to have her helping connect pets with the care they need and deserve. 💙🐾

When she’s off the clock, Pauline is a creative soul through and through. She loves writing, jamming to music (especially her beloved K-Pop 🎶💿), and spending quality time with her very handsome cat, Loki — who may or may not be plotting world domination. 🐱

She also enjoys designing dream homes and characters in The Sims, and if teleportation were a thing, you’d probably find her bouncing between the UK, South Korea, and Hawaii. 🌍 She’s all about connecting with people from different cultures — she just wishes learning new languages came with subtitles!

🐾 Meet Lissa! 🐾
For nearly 6 years, Lissa has been one of the first friendly faces you and your pets see when you walk through our doors — and she’s loved every moment of it!

Originally from the Pittsburgh area, Lissa reps the Steelers proudly (don’t worry, we still let her wear black and gold around here 😄). Outside of the hospital, she keeps busy doing what she loves most — working in her yard and training dogs like a pro.

Her own pups, Comet and Cupid, are walking, barking proof of her dedication — and yes, they’re just as charming as their names suggest. ✨🐶🐶

When she finally takes a break, Lissa enjoys kicking back with a good Marvel movie (Avengers assemble!) or dreaming of her next Caribbean cruise. 🛳️🌴 And when the holidays roll around, she’s all about spending quality time with her big extended family across South Carolina on Christmas Eve. 🎄❤️

Born and raised right here in Conway, Maria loved the area so much… she never left! And the same goes for her role here at VCA Palmetto — she's been part of our family for an incredible 25 years! 🐾💙

In that time, Maria has gotten to know countless pets (and their humans) from all around our community. She’s truly a familiar, friendly face — and probably knows your pet’s birthday better than you do. 😉

When she’s not holding down the front desk like a champ, Maria loves crocheting, collecting all things butterfly, and baking sweet treats for friends and family (we can confirm — they’re delicious). 🧶🦋🍪

At home, Maria and her husband are proud cat parents to:
🐱 Leo (aka Fat Boy) – a nearly 13-year-old orange tabby
🐱 Pixie (aka Princess P) – 9 years old and loving the spotlight
🐱 Raven – the “baby” of the crew at almost 4
