Crazy to think I now have a two year old and a yearling! They make me smile on the daily and are truly what dreams are made of. Out of my all time favorite heart horse Ought To Streak and by the great Aint Seen Nothin Yet. 3/4 siblings to Fame Aint Easy ❤️🦄. The future looks bright 🤩.

Addi had a great day today against some super tough horses! She ended up 5th in the 1D out of 405 horses and was 2nd in the derby, so proud of her! 🥳

Always prepping for our next big adventure!
Acuscope and myopulse have been my secret weapon for many years ❤️ fun fact: over 40 horses that competed at the NFR got acuscope treatments while in Vegas and 5 out of the 8 horses who placed in the barrel racing average also received daily acuscope treatments (information courtesy of Double M Acuscope and Myopulse).

One thing I think we can all take away from this year’s NFR is if it’s your time to win you can’t be stopped. If it isn’t your time to win there isn’t much you can do to change it, it’s simply just not your time. When it’s your time you can’t seem to do anything wrong, things just fall into place, it’s meant to be. When it’s not your time it seems like you can’t do anything right no matter how hard you try. This is not a lesson in luck. This is a lesson in patience. You have to put in the work even when it’s not your time. So you are prepared when it is your time. So you can capitalize when things go your way and you get your chance. But the true winners are made when things aren’t going their way. When they’ve tried a thousand times, a thousand different ways and keep coming up empty handed. But they keep trying and they keep working, these are the moments that separate the greats from the goods. So the next time you feel like everyone else is getting their chance but you, just remember how much work they put in to get their chance and how much heartache and disappointment they went through behind closed doors. We don’t get to choose when we get our chance but we do get to choose how prepared we are when we are finally called upon to rise 🙌🏼.

Huge shout out to Emeri Cantwell and her amazing mare “CTS Two Timin Golddigger” AKA Roxie, for a phenomenal run today. Placing in the go round and bringing them back 5th in the average for the short go 🎉.
For those of you that don’t know Roxie she is an Appaloosa POA, that’s right. An Appaloosa POA just put a whooping on them today! She’s a great reminder to never judge a book by its cover and that at the end of the day you can’t out run heart and determination ♥️.
