Attention: Save This Life Microchips, a specific registry of microchips, has unexpectedly shut down and no longer offers access to their pet-parent information database. IVH does not use this brand, but it is always a good idea to make sure your contact information is current with any microchip company you may use.

How to check your pet's microchip contact information:
> If you know your pet's microchip registry, log into your account and confirm your contact information.
> If you know your pet's microchip number, but not which registry it belongs to, you can visit www.PetMicrochipLookup.org and search for your pet's microchip registry information. Once you have that information, contact that company to see if your pet's information is current.
> If you do not know which registry or your pet's microchip number, you are welcome to stop by our clinic and one of our lovely team members will scan their chip number and let you know who to contact to check the information!

If you're pet's chip is registered with Save This Life, you will need to re-register that microchip number with another registry database. We recommend the following:
