KD Horsemanship provides equine instruction from the beginner to intermediate rider, specializing in confidence building and natural horsemanship. A focus on dressage, jumping, and general horse care creates a strong foundation that can translate to all disciplines. Lessons begin with Western-style saddles and as riders gain confidence and progress becomes evident, the option of transitioning to E

All scheduling must be made personally via email, text, or phone. From a very early age, Instructor and Owner, Kristina Descalzo has been around and involved with horses of various breeds and disciplines. She has been taking lessons and continuously improving her own techniques for over 25 years. Kristina has been consistently teaching riders of all ages in both private and group settings since 2005. Her passion for youth and her hunger for knowledge make her the ideal trainer for riders of all ages, abilities, and walks of life.

Spring is here! With Spring comes lessons and allergies 😆 We have a limited number of lessons available with lesson horses so as to not overload them. We are booking students with their own horses. Message me for more information!

The days are getting just a little bit longer .. which meansHorseBasics 101 series is starting again!!

Who's interested?? We start in 2 weeks Feb. 7th
We have 2 class times! Wednesdays starting Feb 7th
Homeschool time from 10a-12p and after school from 3:30-5:30p.
First hour of the class is lecture style inside. Each class period the students get handouts so that by the end of the 6 weeks they have a notebook to look back and reference.
Second hour we are outside with the horses putting into practice what we learned!
