Astro's Agility Adventureland is a Napa, CA based facility to teach puppies the basics, all levels o Dogs are born to run, jump & please their owner.

Astro's Agility Academy was started by trainers Laura Dayton and Shannon Fox and their assistant trainer Faith Norman came into the business soon after they opened in 2015. Astro's is based at Valley Brook Equestrian Center in Napa, CA. It is a private facility for use by enrolled clients 24/7 and those paying monthly membership facility fees. g have ever shared. Grow your relationship with your dog by learning how he interprets your body language, vocal tone and even facial expressions. Most classes are two dogs an hour, in 15 minutes increments so each dog gets the most out of their 12-minute attention span. But, sometimes they just can't sit on the sidelines

All Astro students with existing appointments at any class may exchange those appointments for any of our interim classes, or wait until our Agility Field reopens, or ask for a refund.

Each Saturday will be different; as we grow into this format we will increase the number of days we offer these classes. But that’s for next week, here’s our start at Shurtleff Park on Saturday.

This is a far cry from a week at Astro’s. I own dogs too, who are asking me why they haven’t gone to Astro’s? In the meantime, here is what I hope will help most of you get through this first week, and if I pull this off Saturday we’ll be adding Mondays and Tuesday afternoons and evenings. Yes, The Tuesday Night Races could be back in two weeks!!!!

SATURDAY SPECIAL AUGUST 6, 2022

8:15 - 9:10 AM PUPPIES UNDER 9 MOS. WITH ALL SHOTS
This AKC STAR class covers all basic sit-stay-walking skills, tackles barking, jumping and leash pulling while socializing pups with dogs and people. For those who choose this course transitions to AKC Canine Good Citizen. Drop in $30. Sign up for 6 weeks, get 7: $150 ($25/Each)

9:30 AM - 10:25 AM PUPPIES 8 M0S. + AGILITY AND OBEDIENCE
* Speed drills dragging weight thru tunnels
* Agility plyometric jumps
* Cookie on the nose, find the twenty
Drop in $35. Sign up for 6 weeks, get 7; $180 ($30/Each)

10:25-11:00 am STAFF Break but pups can play

11 -- 11:50 am SMALL DOGS: OBEDIENCE, TRICKS, AGILITY, CGC
We do it all for the fur babies under 22.5 pounds. This free-flowing class takes on whatever the clients desire, we have two staff trainers and many a wisened one to break off in groups playing roll-over, spin, dance, sit-pretty, don’t snap, give paw, lie down, come here, leave it and all kinds of new stuff to do with our little friends in a fun, safe environment. Drop in $30. Sign up for 6 weeks, get 7: $150 ($25/Each)

Noon - 1 pm ADULT AGILITY DOGS LOOKING FOR A FIX
* WEAVE POLE TW0-BY-TWO WORK on a ten pole course
* Performing first 5 CGC requirements
* Passing the walker test
Drop in $40. Sign up for 6 weeks, get 7; $210 ($35/Each)

2:30 Available for One-0n-Ones and also special CGC evaluations.

My name's Comet and I'm sad. It's been three weeks and I haven't been to Astro's. You can skip your workouts, but it's not fair that I miss mine because I can't drive. And I just heard Astro's now has a card where if you come to 4 classes in a row, you get a 7th added free to your 6-pack.
Please, take me back to my classes again, I miss the other dogs and the fun and especially all the treats!!!!!

Astro's Agility Academy was started by trainers Laura Dayton and Shannon Fox and their assistant trainer Faith Norman came into the business soon after they opened in August 2015. Today it is operated by husband and wife team Laura Dayton and Dave Anderson. Dave is working towards his 300 hours to be fully certified. Laura is certified by the AKC and dog training, CGC and Tricks. She has been competitive in show, herding, tracking and agility for more than 25 years.
