We are the founders of the FREE "UpScale Tail Meet & Greets" for anxious or nervous pets! This is a scheduled time for your pet to get to know us and learn to trust and enjoy their grooming. Our "Pet Friendly Observation Window", is a client favorite to observe their pet being safely groomed. Safe from distraction, during your pets grooming, keeps them safe, secure and helps our groomers achieve

your pets perfect haircut. Our highly trained and Award Winning Pet Stylists are CPR & Pet First Aid Certified and our Canine Estheticians can assess the health of your pets skin and coat and make recommendations to add on one of our many custom botanical skin and coat treatments to restore, rejuvenate and condition. Our Salon is AKC Salon Safety Certified; located in Naperville and is owned by Nationally Ranked Pet Stylist, Kendra Otto. Throughout Kendra's grooming career, she proudly ranked in the Top Ten Groomers in the United States, achieved awards status on GroomTeam USA; ranked #1 Pet Groomer in the State of Illinois for 4 consecutive years; is Certified through the National Dog Groomers Association of America; the International Professional Groomers Association; and is certified as a Judge for the United Show Managers Alliance and International Judges Association.
