2 golden retriever puppies had blood flow cut off to their front limbs from their umbilical cords. Each had to have a leg amputated. We had to do something… and so, we did!! Both have done well through surgery and post op…Meet our new blood donors!!

Hello CVH Family! What do you think is the most common pet name?

Does your pet need an ultrasound or echocardiogram? Wait times to see a specialist can vary, but most recently we’ve been told it can take months for access to a cardiologist or internal medicine specialist… Not with us. We will see your pet the same day. We offer echocardiography or ultrasonography with detailed results, treatment plans and options from board certified cardiologists, radiologists or internal medicine specialists the same day, helping to eliminate our client’s stress levels waiting for their pet’s appointment or for a cancellation appointment to become available. Simply give us a call and we will get you right in. Below is Royce… with his new 24 hour Holter Monitor attached. Royce came in for a routine exam on Thursday and Dr. Gabriela Sanchez, our newest associate veterinarian, picked up an arrhythmia. We immediately performed a full cardiac work up and today his Holter Monitor arrived to monitor his cardiac function (just like people) for the next 24 hours. Once complete, his results will be transmitted back to a cardiologist and we will continue his treatment within the comfort of our hospital. What an amazing feeling to have the ability to meet so many specific and often times, specialized need’s of our patients!!!
