Good news pet parents — our power has been restored! Our webcams are now available to stream, and we will be accepting all calls to the resort and new reservations starting tomorrow, 10/12. Thank you for your patience as we worked to recover from the effects of Hurricane Milton!

Attention pet parents: All of our team members and four-legged guests remain safe and comfortable here in Paradise after the storm. We currently do not have power at our location, but we do have generators on-site. Please be sure to keep an eye on our social media pages for updates.

Due to Hurricane Milton's severe weather, we will not have playtimes on Thursday, October 10. All pets will have potty breaks as normal. Our team members remained focused on the safety and health of all pets in our care.

We are closely monitoring the projected path and potential impact of Hurricane Milton across the state of Florida. As a result, we are following evacuation orders and are evacuating all pets and team members out of our Naples. Our teams secured transport vans in anticipation of the storm and we were prepared to move pets safely to our neighboring resort if necessary. All pet parents of guests moving locations will continue to receive communications through email and text channels with updates. As the storm moves through the state, we will share additional updates and post updates to our local resort's pages. We hope that you and your family remain safe during this time.
