What a refreshing and blessed day yesterday for Team Gingeres! We started the morning supporting our local Pregnancy Resource Center’s Walk for Life, meeting up with Chaplain Maryann and Zoey, then on to Discovery Village with Team Willie and Mom to encourage some women in assisted living and those in memory care. If I haven’t told you -Jesus loves you!

Teams Ginger and Willie were blessed to visit 2 Naples memory care facilities this afternoon and share God’s love and kindness with residents, families, and staff. Ginger got top billing, of course. 😉 Canines for Christ

Team Zoey and Chaplain Maryann visited a Pre K class and read them a book about Therapy Dogs.”
The book discusses what a therapy dog is, how they train (go to school) to become a certified therapy dog. Zoey showed them her vest/badges and some things she learned in school.
Then Zoey and the class danced to “The Doggie Dance” music video before Zoey “waved” a good bye till next month. Canines for Christ

Busy week last week for Teams Ginger and Willie, sharing the love of Christ with our neighbors. 3 different nursing home visits and manning our booth at the Pets on 3rd Pet Parade and Pet fest. Canines for Christ

Teams Ginger, Willie, and Beau brightened the afternoon for some memory care residents today. Ginger and Willie dressed in holiday finery and all the dogs brought Christmas cheer and God’s love to these dear people. Canines for Christ

Team Zoey visited a pre K class, to read, “The First Christmas” -Jesus’ birth. The kids sang and danced to Christmas songs and each received candy canes. They held the candy cane up so it form the letter J (Jesus) and 2canes together form a heart.❤️ Jesus Loves!

God answered our prayers and brought Sue and Denny and canine Beau to join our merry band! They made their first visit yesterday to an assisted living and memory care facility. The residents loved them almost as much as we do! Chaplain Maryann and team Willie and Ginger joined in the fun. We look forward to how the Lord is going to use this new team! Canines for Christ

We give thanks to God for Team Zoey!

Chaplain Maryann and Zoey read the Pre-K class the story of the Pilgrims and “The First Thanksgiving.” The class shared what they are thankful for. God, Zoey, Family & Food topped the list. The November craft, “Thankful Turkey” and pumpkin muffins were enjoyed by all.

Thank you to Lely Presbyterian Church for allowing us to present our ministry to your congregation! We met many new friends and some possible new members to our group. Praying for more volunteers to share the hope of the good news of Jesus using the unconditional love of our dogs. To God be the glory! Canines for Christ
