Summer Camp is coming!

THE PROJECT HORSE

If learning to train a horse, learning to resolve issues, develop a feel, establish and improve ground work and horsemanship skills - if this is of interest- than this is for you!

Each student gets their own horse to work with. We meet once a week over a month if you have your own horse you are welcome to bring them.

Classes and online evaluations

Weight, behavior, health, these are all really common issues when people call us to turn in their horse. Would you be surprised to know that many of these issues can be solved easily?
Not always, but often there are a few core problems that start the downward spiral.
If these are things you struggle with, we can come out and do an evaluation for you and offer some suggestions to get you back on track so you can have a happy and healthy relationship with your horse.

Just like watching a really good rider, it will appear flawless. The same can be said for appropriate horse care.
We will be offering a clinic coming up Dec 14th 12-4pm where we cover this or you can arrange a private evaluation with your horse. If you don’t have a horse yet, this is essential information before you start your journey.

If you are looking to get back into riding, start riding, regain confidence or just spend more time with horses, we have a fabulous Saturday Prgram just for you!

From riding to everything else, we delve deep into all that is horse.

We meet Saturdays 12-3pm
That is roughlly 4-5 weeks for $350 per month. Pre paid

We cover various kinds of tack, and how it works and how it works, to saddle fit, for you and for the horse, and evaluating a horse. To ground work or not ground work and of course - the other half of the equation - us!

What are we doing? How does the horse interpret it? How do we imporove ourselves so the horse understands what we are asking for? Training, and positive reinforcement, or pressure and release, what are your current methods and what would you like to explore?

We also cover topics like trailers, medical issues, nutrition (to a smaller extent) Things that horse owners should know.

This is for you!

If you are lacking confidence, we have these amazing ex racehorses that are so kind and forgiving. Half are able to carry a rider, the other half can't. If you can't or don't want to ride, we have so much for you too!

New Volunteer Gisella working w ex racehorse Chevy. He was groomed, fed, had his fly boots cleaned and got some scratches. That’s a pretty good day in his book!

Horses for Homeschoolers
5 week sessions - we have a few spots left in the upcoming Oct 2nd 5 week course!

Weds 12-2 for ages 7 and up

We are in Golden Gate Estates Naoles FL

New this Fall - a low cost option to add 2 hours to each week to allow for more time here with the horses

So first two hours is class $200
Second two hours is social $50

More time to casually interact w other students and horses.

August is now closed and Sept is full but we have openings in Oct and Nov

We are in Golden Gate Estates. We are the only horse rescue in Collier County. We are all volunteer

We currently have 12 horses, 5 are ready for adoption. If you have considered getting a horse this is a great opportunity for your kids to start to learn more about what goes into that.

We touch on some subjects that are out of the box, learning to use and detect microchips, listening the the heart beat, using positive reinforcement in training and much more!
