Lady Bug Update!
We’re so close to hitting our $5 Friday fundraising goal for Lady Bug, and we’re so grateful for everyone who’s donated so far! This sweet girl has been through so much — from surgery to healing in a loving foster home — and now she’s back at the shelter, healthy and ready to find her forever family.

Lady Bug is still available for adoption, and after everything she’s overcome, she deserves all the love and comfort a real home can offer.

Domino is soaking up all the love in his foster home ❤️ but he’s still searching for his forever family. Will you give him a chance? He truly checks every box — he loves people, adores other dogs, is a huge cuddle bug, house-trained, and knows his commands. He’s the whole package!

Here’s what his foster family had to say:
“Domino is the perfect mix of playful goofball and snuggle lovebug. He enjoys belly rubs and loves to give kisses. During the day, he zooms around the yard with his best buddy, Leo, or chews on his favorite toys. After playtime, he’s all about cuddles and relaxing by your side.

He’s incredibly well-mannered and has already mastered a few basic commands. At mealtime, Domino calmly sits in his crate like the goodest boy, waiting patiently for his food with cute, polite tail wags. He shows zero signs of possessiveness and is happy to share space, toys, and all the love.

At night, he tucks himself into his crate and sleeps like an angel until morning. He’s affectionate, loyal, and adores his humans.
We love Domino so much and are hoping to find him the amazing forever home he deserves.”

Sweet Lazana is 8 years old, has diabetes, and is losing her vision. Yet she is the biggest lovebug who gives hugs and just wants to be by your side, snuggling and soaking up affection. Take it from our team — she’s a certified snuggler. ❤️

Lazana would love to be in a foster home instead of a shelter. This is where you can step in and help her by fostering!

Did you know PBHSN provides everything you need to foster any of our animals? Food, a bed, crates, toys, vet visits — everything. All you provide is a loving home. That’s it.

Joey had an amazing time on his Rescue Recess adventure! 🐾 He went on a fun car ride, got his steps in, and even watched airplanes at the airport.

Joey is a 5-year-old hound mix, 63 pounds of pure love! He adores meeting new people and playing with other dog friends.

Lucinda is 18.4 pounds of pure love — and yes, she has never missed a meal! 😸 She came to us with her sister Ethel, and you can imagine she’s on the thicker side, but that doesn’t stop her from jumping on beds and staying active. Lucinda loves chin scratches and will happily come to you for extra pets. Come meet this sweet girl at our main shelter — she’s ready to steal your heart!

That’s a wrap on Giving Tuesday! 🎉🐾 Thank you to everyone who donated and made a difference — together we raised over $58,000 and met our match! Rosa and Rojo, our two Malinois puppies, say the biggest thank you (and yes, they’re available for adoption! ).
