Hello friends! Happy Saturday! ❤️

Today was full of adventure! After I woke up with Mama and Daddy and had my breakfast, Daddy was outside working on his truck and the two little boys from next door were hanging out with Daddy! I love the kids next door, so Daddy came to get me and bring me into my fenced in yard so I could play with them! The two boys came into the yard with me and threw my toys around for me! It was so much fun!

After a while I got pretty hot from running around so Mama asked Daddy to bring me inside so I could cool off and rest! It was so beautiful outside today, around 60 degrees, but after a cold winter it felt like 90 degrees! Hehehe! After I cooled down Mama got dressed and ready for the day and Mama and Daddy were ready to take me for a walkie!

We decided to walk around the neighbourhood and it was so fun! I saw some neighbours from around the block who pet me and gave me love! Mama says I’m a social butterfly and I love to say hello to everyone! Halfway through the walk Daddy even let me carry my own water bottle! It was nice and cold and helped cool me down! When we got home I tried to carry it inside to chew it up but Mama and Daddy called me into the yard so I could lay down and chew up my water bottle, which is the best part of carrying water bottles!

I chewed the cap off the water bottle and chewed it all up while drinking the water! It was so fun! I havnt chewed a water bottle all winter! When I was all done Mama went inside and got me a Frosty Paws doggie ice cream from the freezer! Daddy held my ice cream for me to help me eat it, which got Daddy’s hand all slimy from my spit but I really appreciated it! I love doggie ice cream, this one was peanut butter flavour!

After my ice cream it was time to go inside so I could relax a little! I was very tired from the day already so I laid down in the living room with Mama! Daddy spent some time working on his truck and then after a while Mama said it was time to run a couple errands! I was so excited for a truck ride and another adventure!

The first place we went to was TJ Maxx! I was so excited to go inside and had lots of fun shopping! Mama picked out some toys for me and even found a new treat dispenser toy for me! We went to check out and pay for the goodies and when we got to the parking lot someone called my name and it was one of my human friends who knows me from the pet store and I was so happy to see her! She came across the parking lot and gave me lots of love and attention!

The next place we went to was HomeGoods! I love this store a lot too because they also sell doggie toys and treats! Mama found two bags of training treats that are perfect size for my treat dispenser toy! Mama also got me a couple toys for my Easter basket and a few things for the house! I can’t wait for Easter, Mama and Daddy like to do an Easter egg hunt with me and I get an Easter basket!

After our adventures we went home, but on the way home we stopped by Daddy’s brothers house! I stayed in the truck with Mama but Daddy’s sister in law came and gave me lots of love through the truck window! I was very tired at this point but I always appreciate the love! Finally Daddy got back in the truck and drove us home and I sure was sleepy!

I’m back inside with Mama now, and Daddy just left to go to the grocery store and get some food for the house! Daddy is also getting me some fresh steak for him to grill tonight and even some salmon! I can’t wait for my goodies!!! I’m just relaxing with Mama now until Daddy gets back and soon it will be dinner time!

Happy happy Friday! ❤️

Today my day started as usual, with big kisses from Mama and Daddy! Daddy got me out of bed and took me to go potty! It was so beautiful out today, almost 60 degrees, and very sunny! When I came back inside I got my doggie breakfast and Mama packed Daddy’s lunch! Daddy had to leave for work, so me and Mama gave him big kisses goodbye!

After Daddy left Mama decided we should go for a walk since it was so nice out! Mama has tried to take me for walks before just us two, but im very strange about walks! Ever since I was a tiny puppy I don’t like going for walks unless I’m with at least two humans! I’ll go for walks with Mama and Daddy, or Mama and Grandma, but if it’s just Mama or Daddy taking me for a walk alone I won’t leave the yard and I will sit down in protest!

Mama got dressed and got all ready to go for a walk, hoping that this time would be different and it started off promising because I was excited to go outside but as soon as I got to the end of the driveway I locked up my little puppy brakes and refused to move! Mama was very patient and didn’t pull me or force me, but she tried to coax me to walk with her and was unsuccessful! I just didn’t want to go!

Eventually after about 15 minutes of me sitting at the end of the driveway and Mama begging me to walk with her, Mama finally gave up and let me go back inside, where I was happy to go! Mama did a few things outside like picking up my poopies and cleaning up some trash that blew in the yard over the winter along with dumping some old dead plant from the fall in the woods! I sat in the doorway and watched from inside as Mama did her little chores outside!

When Mama finally came back inside I was very excited! I brought her a toy and we played a little bit! Next Mama filled up my strawberry toy with kibbles, and my Christmas tree toy with treats to keep me busy! I played with both toys for a while which got some of my energy out while Mama did some stuff around the house! Mama did lots of small projects today!

Last night before bed Daddy hung up the new mirror in the bathroom, and the new light fixture! Of course I was a great supervisor! Daddy still has some more things to hang up in the bathroom like a towel rack and hand towel holder but the bathroom is coming along nicely, thanks to my supervision of course! I included a picture at the end of this post to show the new mirror and light figure! Next Daddy will be changing the faucet to a black faucet!

Mama also spent some time in the basement today organising! Mama knows I get nervous when she goes to the basement because I can’t see her from the top of the stairs so Mama tries to keep basement trips short! Mama spent about 15 minutes down there and then came back to see me! Mama has lots to do down there but it’s going to take a long time since she has to make the trips short for me!

Mama stayed busy most of the day but she did spent a little over an hour snuggling with me in bed on our nice fresh clean blankets that she washed yesterday! I took a nice little nap and Mama stayed with me and cuddled with me so I could catch up on some sleep! Eventually Mama got up and made us both some scrambled eggs which were a nice snack to have after a nap!

After our snack of scrambled eggs, Mama did lots of cleaning around the kitchen. I stayed on my doggie bed in the kitchen and hung out with Mama! After all of that Mama took a nice long shower so I moved from the doggie bed in the kitchen to the doggie bed outside the bathroom so I could protect Mama while she showered and keep her safe! I also stayed on the doggie bed while Mama blow dried her hair, but she kept the blow dryer on low so I wouldn’t get too nervous!

After Mamas shower it was finally snuggle time again! Mama went to the couch, and I jumped right up to take a little nap with Mama while we waited for Daddy to come home! Daddy should be home any minute and I can’t wait for daddy to get home so we can get this weekend started!

Hello friends and happy Thursday! ❤️

Today was a pretty laid back day!

Last night I slept like a baby after my big day at Grandmas house, so naturally I didn’t want to get out of bed this morning! Daddy woke me and Mama up a little after 11am and Mama said it was time to get up! Daddy and Mama gave me big kisses and my morning belly rubs, and then it was time to get up!

Daddy got ready for work and Mama made my breakfast and packed Daddies lunch, and then Daddy had to leave for work! Daddy was running a little late this morning so he didn’t have time to take my potty, so me and Mama kissed Daddy goodbye and he left for work, then Mama took me outside to go potty!

When me and Mama came back inside Mama got started on her projects! Daddy took the light fixture off the wall in the bathroom so Mama could paint the wall, then Daddy could put the new light fixture up! So Mama started by painting the wall behind the old light fixture! Thankfully this went pretty quick so I didn’t have to do much supervising!

After painting Mama went and got my treat dispenser toys! Mama filled the strawberry toy with kibbles, and then filled my Christmas tree toy with some treats! Mama and Daddy got these new treats for me last weekend and they’re perfect size for my treat dispensers! They’re also apple and bacon flavour, which is so yummy!

My two treat dispenser toys kept me pretty busy, and Mama was able to get some small stuff done around the house like cleaning and washing dishes! After a while I started to act kinda needy, so Mama stopped what she was doing and we both went to the bedroom and got in bed to do some cuddling! I took a nice lap on Mamas legs!

We snuggled for a couple hours and then Mama said we had to get back up! When we got up Mama did some more cleaning and as a special treat Mama gave me a duck foot to keep me busy while she cleaned! Mama kept a close eye on me while I chewed my duck foot just to be safe, but I chewed it up really well like a good boy! I also got a bully stick a little while later as another yummy snack!

While Mama was cleaning she also did some laundry, she pulled all the blankets, sheets and pillow covers off the bed and did two big loads of laundry so we can have some nice fresh sheets tonight! I was still pretty sleepy but I waited for Mama at the top of the stairs whenever she went into the basement to switch the laundry over!

When Mama was in between laundry loads we did some snuggling on the couch! I was a very good boy today, like every day, and Mama gave me lots of love and snuggles! Me and Mama were snuggling when Daddy came home and then I was so excited to see him! I jumped off the couch and brought Daddy my strawberry toy to show it off!

I wiggled all around the living room and Daddy gave me lots of love! Daddy gave me and Mama kisses and then took me potty, which I was very excited to go do! When Daddy and me came back in he went to change out of his work clothes, and now Daddy is working on installing the new bathroom mirror and new light fixture before dinner time!

Hi friends and happy Wednesday!

Today was so fun!!

I started my day with the usual good morning kisses and belly rubs from Mama and Daddy and then it was time to get out of bed! Mama packed me, herself, and Daddy lunches and Daddy took me potty! When we got back inside Mama gave me breakfast and then it was almost time to leave!

Me and Mama drove Daddy to work and dropped him off, where of course we gave him lots of kisses! After we left Daddy’s work we headed to Grandmas house! Right when we got to Grandmas we could see Maggie in the window going crazy! She was crying really loud when we came inside and jumping all over the furniture doing her silly little smile!

I was so happy to see Mama and Grandma! Sadly Uncle Justin is out of town this week so I miss him a lot but Mittens was out and about around the house today since her Daddy is gone! Mama kept me away from Mittens though because she’s very grumpy, especially when her Daddy is out of town!

When we finally settled down at Grandmas house I wanted to go into the backyard. Mama went with me to try and keep me calm so I wouldn’t do too many zoomies and hurt my split nail! I went potty again outside at Grandmas house and then I did some small zoomies! Mama brought me back inside and then I was pretty tired!

Today me, Mama, Maggie and Grandma spent most of the day watching TV! Grandma has a bad back and her back was very sore today so we had a nice relaxing day together! Halfway through the day Mama got a snack of mandarin oranges, so of course she shared with me and Maggie! Maggie had never had mandarin oranges, and at first she didn’t know what to think but then she really liked them! So yummy!

We all went back to relaxing in the living room so Mama and Grandma could watch their shows. It was nice having such a quiet day all together! When it was time to leave to get Daddy from work Mama gave me and Maggie some delicious steak bites! We gobbled them up, then me and Mama said goodbye to Grandma and Maggie and we left to go get Daddy!

After picking up Daddy from work we drove to the sushi place next to Daddy’s work and got some sushi to take home! I eat all kinds of food, but one of the only foods I don’t like is California rolls! A few months ago Mama tried giving me one and I spit it right out! Hehehe! But Mama and Daddy like California rolls and other sushi so I’m sure they’ll enjoy it!

Now we’re all home, and Daddy is making Dusters wet food and my doggie dinner! I’m soooo sleepy after a long day at Grandmas house so I can’t wait to eat my dinner and go to bed!

Happy Tuesday friends! ❤️

Hello everyone! I hope you’re all having a great start to the week! Today I woke up to Mama and Daddy giving me lots of love! Usually Daddy wakes up before me and Mama but today he slept in until he had to get up for work! I love when Daddy sleeps in with me and Mama, we all caught up on some sleep together and stayed in bed till about 11am!

Mama and Daddy finally got me out of bed, and Daddy took me outside to go potty! It was very nice out today and I didn’t even need a jacket! The sun felt so good on my fur! I went back inside and Mama gave me all my morning pills, gave me some steak, and filled my strawberry toy with some kibbles to keep me busy! Duster really loves my kibbles, so Mama always gives him a few as a treat when she fills my strawberry and Duster also eats any kibbles that I miss that fall on the floor around the house!

Me and Mama kissed Daddy goodbye and Daddy left for work. After Daddy left I played with my strawberry toy and ate all the kibbles that fell out which kept me busy for a while! Mama got to work doing the last little bit of painting in the bathroom (besides the ceiling) which is painting in the closet and all the shelves! Mama knew this was going to be a big job and she was dreading it!

First Mama started painting the inside of the closet door, and then shelf my shelf Mama cleared all the stuff off the shelves, pulled the shelves out, painted them, and then painted the inside of the closet all around where the shelf was! This took Mama hours and hours! I supervised from right outside the door and kept a close eye on Mama!

Mama had the closet door propped open with a hammer, and then Mama noticed me sneak into the bathroom behind her, quietly take the hammer in my mouth then carry it away to the bedroom! Mama was giggling at me because she thinks it’s so cute how I always steal tools! I like to carry hammers, mallets, yard rakes, shovels, screw drivers, anything with a handle that I can hold onto! Daddy taught me how to hold tools when I was a puppy and now I always try to take them! Hehehe!

Mama had to come take the hammer back away from me so I didn’t chew it up, but she gave me lots of love when she did! After that I jumped up on the bed and supervised Mama from my spot on the bed so I could be nice and comfy! Mama worked very hard painting and moving things around in the bathroom today and trying to get things put back together as the paint dried! Now Mama has all but one shelf put back together, and once it dried and she puts it back in the closet and puts everything from the closet away, she’ll be done with that part of the bathroom redo!

Daddy got Mama some new stuff that’s coming in the mail tomorrow like a new light fixture and some other stuff for the bathroom to match the new theme! Daddy will be busy this week and this weekend installing all the new stuff for Mama to get the bathroom just how she envisions it! Mama says I’ve just been the bestest supervisor ever through this entire project and she couldn’t have done any of it without me!

I got a nice bully stick today halfway through the day as a ‘thank you’ present for being the best supervisor ever! Mama also made some scrambled eggs halfway through the day when she got hungry and of course she shared with me! I love eggs! It was a delicious little snack for me and Mama to share before she went back to work painting! Finally Mama finished up with all the painting for the day, and it was time for cuddles!

Me and Mama got on the couch and I immediately snuggled into Mamas lap! I’ve been waiting for cuddle time all day! I couldn’t wait to take a nice nap on my Mama! Now Daddy will be getting out of work soon, so I’m going to sleep on Mama until Daddy gets home! I can’t wait to see Daddy!

Happy Monday friends! ❤️

This morning started a little stressful for me!

First Mama woke up at 7:30, which Mama never gets up that early, so I knew something wasn’t right! She started getting ready to leave but she didn’t get me out of bed to get ready so I was very upset! I watched Mama from the end of the bed and then she gave me lots of kisses and told me she had to go to a doctors appointment so I had to stay with Daddy! I hate when Mama leaves me! It was very upsetting!

So Daddy held me and kept me in bed while Mama left, and Daddy got me to snuggle up with him and try to go back to sleep! At first everything was okay, and I did fall back asleep, but then I started to have a bad seizure! Daddy was so worried and jumped up to hold me and help me! I ended up snapping out of it, but a little while later I had another small seizure! Daddy was wide awake and stayed with me and held me through both of them and when they were done Daddy tried to get me to go back to sleep and relax

Mama came home a little bit later and Daddy told her what happened, I was so excited to see Mama and of course I was wiggling all around but Mama kept hugging me because she was so upset that I had two seizures while she was gone! Mama has always hated leaving my side, but after being diagnosed with epilepsy it made it that much harder for Mama to leave me!

Mama and Daddy got me up and out of bed and we started our morning! Daddy took me potty, Mama made me breakfast and packed Daddy’s lunch and then we spent some time all together before Daddy had to leave for work! Eventually that time came, so me and Mama walked Daddy to the door and gave him some big kisses and Daddy was off to work!

Mama started on the last tiny bit of floor board that she had to paint in the bathroom, along with a few other little projects like starting some laundry! I thought it was going to be another busy day of supervising Mama, but then Mama started to not feel too good! I think she was feeling run down from being so busy lately and also getting up early this morning, so me and Mama went to the bedroom to lay down together!

Duster joined me and Mama in bed and we all snuggled up! Mama stayed awake for a few hours while I was in and out of sleep but eventually Mama fell asleep for a couple hours too! I think Mama really needed the nap! Finally Mama woke up and she knew we had to get up or we would be up all night, so Mama got me out of bed and we went to the living room!

Mama got us each a little snack before dinner and we waited for Daddy to come home! Daddy came home a little while later and I was so excited! I grabbed one of the new tennis balls that Daddy got me at the pet store and brought it to Daddy while I did my wiggle dance! Daddy covered me in scratches and kisses and baby talked to me so I wiggled even more! It was so exciting!

Daddy gets home an hour early on Mondays so after he changed out of his work clothes and gave Mama some kisses he took some time to play with me and get some of my energy out! Daddy gave me a new rubber chicken toy which I was having so much fun with! Me and Daddy played tug of war with the chicken and had a great time!

Now Daddy is making my doggie dinner and Dusters wet food dinner and I can’t wait! I’m a hungry boy after a long day of napping! I hope you all had a very happy Monday!!! Goodnight everyone and sweet puppy dreams!! I wuvs you all and big puppy hugs to you all! 🐾🥰❤️

Happy Sunday friends! ❤️

Today I had a nice relaxing day!!

I woke up with Mama and Daddy, and they both gave me lots of love before we got out of bed! I got lots of kisses and big belly rub! Finally Daddy got me out of bed and Mama gave me breakfast! Daddy took me outside to go potty and then Daddy got ready to go to his brothers house to help work on my human brothers car! So Daddy was gone for a few hours today!

While Daddy was gone me and Mama spent some time in the kitchen! Mama did a lot of prep work for tonight’s ravioli dinner that she’s making for Daddy, and Mama also spent a lot of time cutting up carrots for my next batch of homemade food! Mama likes to cut up all the veggies before it’s time to make my food so it’s much easier when the time comes to make my food, so those carrots will go in the fridge till Mama makes the next batch!

This prep work in the kitchen took Mama a while, but I relaxed on my doggie bed in the kitchen and Mama gave me some bites of carrots! Carrots arnt my favourite snackies, but I still ate them! When we were in the kitchen Mama also made a new recipe she found online, it’s a recipe to make a peanut butter dough treat that works as homemade pill pockets! This way I can cut back on the cheese that Mama and Daddy usually put my pills in, and this recipe is a little more healthy!

The recipe is 1/4c of peanut butter, 1/4c of water, and 1/2c of oat flour! Mama mixed it all up and made a nice little dough that should last a little while to put my pills in every night and every morning! I’ll try it tonight right before dinner when I get my night time seizure meds! I’m sure it will be delicious since I love peanut butter! Mama even let me lick the butter knife after she scooped out the peanut butter!

Before me and Mama left the kitchen she made some scrambled eggs, which of course I got a few bites of before Mama salted them! I love eggs, and I know whenever I smell mama cooking eggs that she’ll always share with me! After eating our eggs Mama went back to the bathroom to finish up some painting! Mama painted almost everything but she still had to paint behind the toilet and behind the sink.

Mama taped off around the toilet and painted all around it very carefully, while I supervised from the hallway. Daddy came home just after Mama finished and he detached the sink from the wall so he could pull it out for Mama to finish painting behind there, and now just about all the painting is almost done! Daddy also ordered a new light fixture for the bathroom and a new mirror that came in the mail today!

Daddy also brought home some last little groceries Mama needed for dinner tonight, so Mama put all the groceries away and Daddy spent some time giving me some love! I was very excited to see Daddy when he came home! He took me outside to go potty and the two little boys from next door were outside so they came to say hello and give me some attention! I love children, and I’m always a very good boy around children!

Daddy brought me back inside after a while and I was pretty tired! I’ve been lounging on the couch since then and Mama has been hanging out with me resting a little bit before she starts dinner! I think Mama is starting dinner pretty soon though, so I’ll hang out with her in the kitchen while she makes human dinner and then Daddy will make my doggie dinner!

My nail is still pretty sore, the crack is worse than it was a couple days ago and it’s pretty pink! Mama is watching it very closely for any signs of infection, and she’ll be ready to take me the vet right away if anything gets worse! Paws crossed it doesn’t get worse or bleed again though!!

Happy Saturday!! ❤️

Last night me, Mama and Daddy stayed up pretty late all snuggling and watching TV together after dinner! It was wonderful! I love snuggle time with Mama and Daddy! We all went to be a little after 1am and snuggled up for a good nights sleep!

This morning me, Duster and Mama slept pretty late, and when we finally got up Daddy made coffee then came to give me and Duster some morning scratches to start the day! Eventually I got out of bed and Mama gave me my breakfast and pills, then Daddy took me potty! It was so windy out today, the wind made me nervous but I was a brave boy and went potty anyways!

Mama started getting ready for the day and Daddy and me did some playing! We had to play gently because my split nail still really hurts but I havnt been able to get my energy out so it was nice to play tug of war with Daddy! When Mama was ready to leave we all loaded up in the truck and headed out!

First we went to home depot, where I got lots of attention! Lots of people including employees and customers all gave me love and attention! Mama and Daddy looked at a few things for the bathroom like faucets, lighting fixtures and ceiling vent fans! Mama and Daddy didn’t find too much that they liked but Mama got some soil additives for her plants, then we headed out to the next adventure!

After home depot we headed up the highway to the potty place that Mama and Daddy went to last weekend! It’s a little over a half hour north of us so I took a nap on the ride there, when we got there I stayed in the truck with Mama and Daddy went inside to pick up their pottery! Mama was so excited to see everything, but she had to wait till we got home!

On the way back home Mama and Daddy decided to stop at the pet store! Mama said she wanted to give me a bath to help clean out my split nail. I just had a bath two weeks ago and i usually don’t get them this soon unless I do something that gets me dirty, but Mama wanted to hopefully help relieve some pain in my nail!

Mama noticed before my bath that my nail now has some blood in the split, which it didn’t have before. We’re not sure if the nail split further while I was playing with Daddy or out running errands but it looks a little worse now! I got my nice warm bath and Mama gently sprayed my nail, which didn’t seem to hurt too much! After my bath Daddy dried me off, and then we did a little shopping! I got a new bag of cookies and Daddy got me some new tennis balls to play with!

After the pet store we finally came back home, and I was expawsted!!! I came inside and went right to the couch to lay down! Daddy and Mama got some snacks, and I got a couple cookies but I got lots of cookies at the pet store so I didn’t get too many, and then Daddy left to go to the grocery store while Mama stayed with me on the couch!

Now Daddy is back home and Mama just put away all the groceries, and it’s just about doggie dinner time! I can’t wait!!!

Playing in the snow!!

Hello friends! ❤️ Tonight’s post is going to be a little different because I want to celebrate reaching 2000 followers on Facebook! I actually reached this goal a couple days ago but we’re just getting to celebrating with a big, juicy, rare, steak! Mama also promised me some peanut butter pupcakes to celebrate 2000 followers but Mama and Daddy havnt made it to the grocery store yet to get the ingredients so for now I’m just getting my steak, but my pupcakes are coming soon!!! ❤️ I just wanted to say thank you all so much for helping me reach 2000 followers! I have made so many incredible friends through this page and you are all sooooo sweet and kind and I’m so lucky to have so many great friends! The support you all give me is overwhelming and it’s greatly appreciated!!! You all make me such a happy little pup!
