Hello friends! Happy Saturday! ❤️

Today my post is a little earlier than usual, i usually post just before bed but tonight Mama and Daddy have some plans so I’ll be at Grandmas house for the evening, so I’m going to make my post now since I’ll be getting home late tonight!

Today I had a nice lazy day at home with Mama and Daddy, Mama spent some time taking the Christmas tree and Christmas decorations down and packing them up and Daddy spent some time outside working on his truck! Of course I hung out with Mama inside while she picked up because it’s sooo cold outside! Even Daddy was freezing outside working on his truck!

A little later in the afternoon I rode with Mama and we followed Daddy while he drove Mamas truck to his brothers house so they can work on fixing it together tomorrow! Hopefully Mama will get her truck back soon. I like Grandma’s car but I don’t like riding in the back seat by myself, I like riding on Mamas lap in her truck because I feel more secure when she holds me!

After we dropped Mamas truck off we came back home and Mama and Daddy started getting ready for their special night! When Mama and Daddy got engaged about a month ago the decided to plan a date night together, but they chose to wait till after the holidays. So tonight Mama and Daddy are going to a fancy restaurant and then they’re going bowling afterwards!

Of course I never get left alone, so Mama and Daddy are bringing me to Grandmas house so her and Uncle Justin can babysit me. I love going to Grandmas house and Grandma says I’m always on my best behaviour when she babysits! Mama and packed me up some steak bites from my special big steak that I got for teaching 2000 followers, and of course I’ll share the steak with Maggie, and Mama also packed me some apple slices since I’ll probably be eating my dinner later than usual!

I know Mama and Daddy are looking forward to their nice date night since they never go out and do things just the two of them without me, but I also know they’ll be missing me like crazy! Thankfully Grandma always sends Mama lots of pictures of me while she babysits! I’m going to miss Mama and Daddy but Grandma says i usually just get comfy and cuddle with Grandma and Maggie and then the night flies by!

We’re on our way to Grandmas house now so I’m going to take a little nap on the ride there, I just wanted to wish everyone a goodnight and sweet puppy dreams and say I hope you’re all having a great weekend so far! Big puppy hugs to you all and I wuvs you! ❤️🥰🐾

Hello friends! ❤️ Tonight’s post is going to be a little different because I want to celebrate reaching 2000 followers on Facebook! I actually reached this goal a couple days ago but we’re just getting to celebrating with a big, juicy, rare, steak! Mama also promised me some peanut butter pupcakes to celebrate 2000 followers but Mama and Daddy havnt made it to the grocery store yet to get the ingredients so for now I’m just getting my steak, but my pupcakes are coming soon!!! ❤️ I just wanted to say thank you all so much for helping me reach 2000 followers! I have made so many incredible friends through this page and you are all sooooo sweet and kind and I’m so lucky to have so many great friends! The support you all give me is overwhelming and it’s greatly appreciated!!! You all make me such a happy little pup! And I also wanted to say thank you to my grill master Daddy for cooking me up this delicious steak even in this very cold weather!! It’s soooo delicious!!! ❤️ This is going to be a much shorter post than usual and I just wanted to say thank you again for the support, and also a special goodnight to everyone! Hello friends!!! Happy Thursday! ❤️

I had such a good day today!!!

This morning me, Mama and Daddy all left the house together so that me and Mama could drop off Daddy at work, then go to Grandmas house! It was super crazy windy today and very cold! After giving kissed to Daddy as we said goodbye, me and Mama headed to Grandmas house!

Since we’re still borrowing Grandma’s car till Mamas truck is fixed, Maggie didn’t hear us pull into the driveway! She usually hears Mamas truck because it’s loud but today Maggie was so surprised when we came in the door!!! She was jumping off the furniture and going nuts!!! Me and Maggie then went outside to run a little in the yard and go potties! Maggie and me both went potty, came inside, and then it was Maggie’s breakfast time!

I already ate my breakfast at home when I took my pills with Mama this morning, but I love when it’s Maggie’s breakfast time because I get a little mini second breakfast! While Maggie ate her breakfast Mama gave me some of Maggie’s kibbles! She spread them out on the floor so I had to work and use my little nose to find them! It was a fun little game!

After breakfast time, we all went into the living room and Mama and Grandma had lots of their shows to catch up on, so they got right to watching TV! I played with some toys for a while and then Mama got both me and Maggie our big yak chew bones that we got for Christmas and gave us each of ours! Me and Maggie spent about 45 minutes chewing on our bones!

Maggie is kinda funny where even if she has the EXACT same thing as me, she wants mine more! So eventually she stopped chewing her yak chew and came and laid right in front of me just inches away trying to steal mine! Luckily I’m a very good boy, and I don’t get food aggressive or resource guard, so luckily it didn’t bother me to have her so close. At one point my bone even slipped out of my mouth and landed in her arms because she was laying so close! Mama and Grandma laughed and Mama took the bone from Maggie and gave it back to me, then Mama got Maggie her original bone and Maggie started chewing it again for a little while.

Eventually I stopped chewing my bone and decided to lay down. Maggie immediately tried to come take my bone, which I didn’t mind, but Grandma said that was probably enough bone time for both of us so Mama picked up both bones and put them away so Maggie could relax. She’s a little obsessive over things like bones and she doesn’t know when to quit unless they get put away! But she was such a good girl and once they were out of sight we both relaxed for a little nap!

Later in the afternoon Mama woke me up and said we had to go. Mama said I had a vet appointment to go to, which I wasn’t really looking forward to! Two weeks ago I got my nails trimmed, butt glands expressed, and my ears cleaned, so thankfully this time all I needed was my glands expressed! Most doggies don’t have to get theirs done every two weeks but I have problems with my glands, and I need them done very often or they get infected and very painful. I am actually supposed to get surgery to have them removed but it’s expensive and it’s always a risk to go under anaesthesia (especially being a brachycephalic breed) so I havnt had the surgery yet!

So anyways, I went to the vet, reluctantly, and it was so cold and windy!!! I normally don’t mind the wind, in fact I love to stick my face in the wind, but today it was so strong the big gusts were making me scared! I didn’t want to move when I was outside so Mama really had to coax me to the car and back after we left the vets! Also, while I was in the waiting room at the vets, I started to get REALLY gassy! Mama was mortified, she said I stunk up the entire waiting room!!! Mama thinks it was probably Maggie’s kibble causing the gassiness since I don’t usually eat that kind of kibble!

When we got back to Grandmas house after the vet my gassiness continued! I was stinking up Grandmas entire house! Poor Grandma was dying! Mama is more used to my farts, and even though they were torture they weren’t as bad for Mama! Grandma on the other hand was ready to hang air fresheners off my tail! 😝

Mama gave me and Maggie some delicious steak bites, and then we all went back to the living room to watch more TV! I took a nice nap, and stunk up the whole living room doing little farts in my sleep, and then eventually it was time to go home! Before we left Mama gave me and Maggie more steak, and we all got bundled up in our matching carhartt jackets for a quick picture! Maggie was wearing my old carhartt jacket that I used to wear as a puppy that doesn’t fit me anymore, and of course i was wearing my favourite warm winter carhartt jacket with my name patches on it, and Mama was wearing the new matching carhartt jacket that she got for Christmas from Grandma and Great Grandma! We sure needed those jackets today with how cold and wind it is outside!

Me and Mama said our goodbyes to Maggie, Grandma and Uncle Justin and then we headed out to go get Daddy from work! Unfortunately for Mama my gassiness didn’t stop when we got in the car! Even when we picked up Daddy from his work he got in the car and he immediately smelled my stinky farts!!! We all drove home (with the windows cracked) and now I’m finally home and lounging on the couch with Mama! Daddy is making my dinner now, so I’ll say goodnight so I can go eat!

Happy new year everyone! ❤️

Today Daddy had the day off! How pawsome is that??

My day started with sleeping in with Mama and eventually Mama said it was time to get up, so Daddy came to help Mama give me some morning kisses and scratches and get me out of bed! After doing some big stretches Daddy took me outside to go potty, and then Mama made me a nice yummy breakfast!

After breakfast we hung out for a little while in the house before Daddy suggested we go for a little walk down at the local trails! So we all bundled up and went to the parking spot for the trails and I was just sooooo happy! As soon as I saw where we were I knew I was going for a walk through the woods and I was going crazy!!!

Daddy helped me out of the car and we all crossed over a bridge over the river and got started down the trail! There was lots of people outside so I got to say hi to some of them and I even met two doggies! It was just a brief little meeting and a quick sniff but it was very exciting!

I was on my retractable leash so I had lots of freedom to run around the trail while still being on leash which was pawsome! I did so much sniffing and zig zagging and it was great! I got lots of energy out! We finally got to the second bridge on the walkie which is where we turn around, and sadly there was no ducks there today. But it was still a great walk! We turned around and headed back to the car!

We finally got back to the car and Daddy loaded me up! I laid down in the back seat, mama got in the front and Daddy drove us home! When we got home I was very very tired! Mama got me a little snackie since her and Daddy were eating snackies so it’s only fair, and then I got on the couch to snuggle with Daddy and Mama for a while!

For a good while Daddy was awake and watching TV with Mama bit eventually my snuggled put Daddy to sleep! We all snuggled for a while and Mama stayed awake as me and Daddy snoozed and snored! It was such a nice nap! I hardly ever get naps with Daddy during the day so I was definitely enjoying it!

Me and Daddy slept for a long while and I snuggled with Mama until finally it was almost dinner time. Daddy woke up and called in a pizza order for him and Mama, and he just left to go pick it up! When Daddy gets home it’ll be my dinner time and Daddy will make both me and Duster our nice warm meals for dinner! I can’t wait!

Hi friends! Happy New Year’s Eve! 🥳

Today me and Mama had a nice lazy day at home!

Today was finally the last day of Mama making homemade bone broth (which typically takes 9 days) and we had a request to tell how we make the bone broth! It’s very simple, and very delicious and nutritious!

First Mama and Daddy save almost all their bones from meal scraps, this includes rib bones, chicken and turkey carcasses, steak bones, chicken wing bones, and sometimes when Daddy sees beef marrow bones or pork hocks at the grocery store for a good price he’ll grab them to keep in the freezer! All the bones saved from food scraps are bagged and frozen immediately and saved till Mama is ready to make a bone broth!

When the time comes that I need bone broth for my meals and Dusters meals, since we have it mixed into our food every day, Mama pulls all the bones out of the freezer! Mama starts loading them into the giant crock pot, biggest bones first, then slowly fits all the smaller bones in around the big ones. The goal is to fit as many bones as possible into the crock pot! The more bones the stronger the broth!

Once the bones are in the crock pot, the next step is to add apple cider vinegar. Mama never measures, but we have a 8qt crock pot and Mama puts about 1 cup of ACV into the crock pot! After that you just fill the crock pot up the rest of the way with water, set it to LOW and then let it cook! This part is optional, and skip this part if you want a more condensed bone broth, but Mama tops the crock pot off with more water each day to make up for the evaporation.

After three days, you can set up a strainer over a big pot and scoop your bones out into the strainer and then pour the entire broth through the strainer and into the new pot. The bones can then be added back to the crock pot, and the process can be done all over again! Mama cooks her bones 3 times to get all the marrow out! The bone broth that’s done cooking can be placed in the fridge to solidify the fat on top of the broth, which can then be scooped away and discarded. Once the fat has been removed the bone broth can be packaged up into small Tupperwares and frozen until ready to use!

Bone broth is very simple to make but very delicious and soooo healthy! It keeps my fur shiny and has so many other health benefits! Duster gets it mixed with his wet food every night and I have it mixed with all my meals! Maggie even has bone broth with all her meals and I love to share bone broth with her! Yummy!

Anyways, enough about bone broth! Today me and Mama had a nice lazy day! Mama of course packaged up lots of bone broth and did some laundry while I lounged on the couch! For the last couple hours of the day Mama cuddled with me on the couch and I took a little nap in Mamas lap! It was a great day!

Daddy came home with some special takeout for a nice little date night at home with Mama to celebrate new years! He even got me one of my favourite snackies, sweet potato French fries! So tonight me, Mama and Daddy are all going to have a nice dinner together and of course we’ll all kiss at midnight! Mama and Daddy always kiss me on the cheeks, Mama on one side and Daddy on the other at midnight!

We wanted to wish everyone a very VERY happy new years and a blessed 2025! We can’t wait for all that this new year will bring and hopefully it’s full of wonderful surprises and happiness for everyone! Big big puppy hugs to you all and I hope you have a great night tonight! Sweet puppy dreams!!

P.s. if you scroll through the pictures you can see some of me in the car wash the other day with Mama and Daddy 😝 I was a little confused about the car wash but it was very fun to watch and see all the lights and bubbles!

Guess what everyone!!! Today I passed that chunk of a rubber toy that I swallowed on Saturday! This means I’m officially out of the woods, and we don’t have to worry about a blockage in my intestines or me needing an emergency surgery! 🥳

Thank you so much everyone for all your prayers, positive thoughts and kind words through these scary past couple days!!! You are all so sweet and I appreciate all the support! Also, Mama and Daddy took this whole ordeal as a learning lesson and just got me some pet insurance! Daddy has spent an insane amount of money over the past two years in a BUNCH of surgeries, so it only makes sense that I have pet insurance to help alleviate the cost of any future problems, especially since Mama and Daddy have a wedding to be saving for! 😝

Today I woke up with Mama and Daddy and we all left the house together to go drop Daddy off at work, after me and Mama dropped daddy off and gave him kisses goodbye me and Mama drove to Grandma’s house! When we got there Maggie was doing zoomies all over the house together show how excited she was! We were also so happy to see her of course!

Grandma is still feeling crummy from her pancreatitis and she’s still on a restricted diet but it was so nice to visit her! She was very happy to see me and Mama too! After me and Maggie’s excitement calmed down a little bit, Mama took me right into the bathroom At Grandmas house to give me a bath!

Today was almost 60 degrees outside so Mama took advantage of the nice warm weather and got me all nice and clean! I was supposed to get a bath two weekends ago but it was so cold outside so Mama didn’t want me to have to go from the pet store self serve bath station to the truck if my fur was damp! But thankfully when I take a bath at Grandmas house I get to stay inside until I’m all dry, so it really doesn’t matter what the temperature is outside. I was very very overdue for a bath though which is the real reason I got a bath today 😝

After my bath I was so excited to be done with my bath! I ran into the living room and did some zoomies and played with some of my toys in the living room! Mama dried me off with a towel and thankfully since my fur is so thin and short it dried fully really fast! My fur is sooo silky though after my bath! Maggie got a bath last night too so we both smelled so good and had such soft fur!

After my zoomies I decided to take a little nap on the couch with Mama. After about an hour I got up and went to the door to go into the backyard. Mama got up and took me outside and that’s where I p**ped the toy chunk out! Mama was sooooo happy and grandma was too! They both told me how proud of me they were!! I went back inside after my big p**p and I sure was tired after that! So I took another little nappy with Mama!

I woke up a while later and got playful! I played with my new jolly ball at grandmas house and chewed on one of Maggie’s bones for a while! That got a lot of my energy out! Mama also brought me and Maggie into the kitchen and gave us some yummy steak bites! We both love our steak bites so much! After the steak bites it was just about time to leave to go pick up Daddy and I sure was exhausted by then!

Me and Mama loaded up into Grandmas car that were still borrowing until Mamas truck is fixed and we went to go get Daddy! When we picked up Daddy he gave me a bunch of kisses in the back seat and told me how proud of me he was for passing the toy piece before he sat up front with Mama! I slept the whole ride home from Daddy’s work and then when we got home I waddled inside all groggy and sleepy after my long day, and I cuddled up on the couch with Mama for a quick nap in her lap before dinner time!

We’re gonna try and keep this post short tonight since Mama has to keep a really close eye on me!

Last night I slept like a baby all night, in fact I hardly moved all night! I was snuggled right up with Mamas legs and I slept like a rock! When it came time to wake up I was slow to get out of bed, but once Mama and Daddy gave me all my scratches and kisses and I did my big stretches I was ready to start my day!

Last night before bed Mama and Daddy took me for a walkie to try and get my digestive system moving and hopefully help me pass the chunk of the toy I swallowed. I did go potty, but unfortunately the piece of toy wasn’t in my p**py. So Mama and Daddy have just been watching me really closely since then to see if I show any symptoms of discomfort or a blockage and so far nothing has changed!

I ate a nice big breakfast this morning of my prescription canned food and it was delicious! Me having an appetite and eating all my breakfast is a good sign! So hopefully I’ll just keep eating my canned food and soon I’ll pass that chunk of the toy I ate!

Today I’ve taken it really easy, i did get a little playful last night before bed, and I got a little playful today but I’ve mostly just been snuggling on the couch with Mama and Daddy. I did chew on my big bone for a few minutes today too. Mama likes to see me being playful because she knows I’m feeling okay when I’m playful but also she wants me to take it easy, so we don’t play as rough and crazy as usual!

I’ve pretty much been a couch potato all day today but it’s just about my dinner time! So I’m going to go eat my nice yummy canned food dinner with Mamas homemade bone broth and then I’ll probably get ready for bed! Hopefully I do another p**py tonight and pass that chunk of the toy I ate but who knows! Paws crossed!

Hi friends!

We’ve had a really rough past 24 hours and we have to ask for some thoughts and prayers! 🥺❤️‍🩹

Last night after dinner Mama and Daddy opened up a couple of my Christmas presents with me, and one of them was this black rubber squeaky baton toy! I have a toy just like this already and I love it, and it’s held up really well so when I got another one I was really excited! Mama and Daddy let me have it and I jumped on the couch next to Mama to chew on it! Unfortunately around 1am, I was able to pop the round rubber end off the top of the baton toy that was around the size of a half dollar coin, and I swallowed it whole.

When I was younger, just before my first birthday I ate a chunk of a rubber toy (actually 3 chunks) and I had to have an endoscopy to have the toy removed from my stomach. It was extremely scary! First the emergency vet induced vomiting but I ended up losing consciousness while vomiting and choked on some of my vomit, this all happened in the exam room right in front of Mama and Daddy and I laid there unresponsive and had to be rushed out back where the emergency vets vacuumed out my airways and closed me in an oxygen chamber! After that they ended up doing the endoscopy because the induced vomiting didn’t make me puke the toy up, so the surgery was necessary. The surgery was successful and the largest chunk of the toy was removed, and the other two smaller pieces I was able to pass on my own! The whole ordeal was extremely scary for all of us! This all happened just a couple weeks before my first birthday!

Last night Mama heard me chewing and knew it didn’t sound right, but as soon as she realised I had a piece of the toy I had already swallowed it. Mama and Daddy were so upset and worried about me! The first thing they could think of was to try to get me to vomit. Usually during the summer if I drink a lot of water from the hose then run in the yard I will throw up, but of course it’s December so our hose is frozen! Daddy took me outside with a gallon jug of water and tried to get me to drink as much as he could and also had me running around the yard for over a half hour!

I did end up throwing up a little bit in the yard while playing with Daddy, but unfortunately the toy chunk did not come up. Mama called the emergency vets office around 2am once her and Daddy realised I wasn’t going to throw the toy up on my own and the vets said they wouldn’t have a surgeon available until 6:30am, and that since I wasn’t showing any symptoms of a blockage yet that we should wait till the morning to come in and they told Mama and Daddy to monitor me closely and that if anything changes to rush me into the vets.

I was totally exhausted after playing in the yard with Daddy so I was ready for bed. Mama and Daddy came to bed with me to give me some cuddles and wait it out until the morning when we could go to the vets! At 7am Mama called the vets back to make sure we could still be seen and they told us to come on down to be examined.

Mama and Daddy got me to the vets and they immediately took my vitals and brought me out back to wait for the doctor. Thankfully most of the staff at this animal hospital know me and they all treat me like a little celebrity! I get so much love from all the staff and they’re all so kind and compassionate! I’ve had MANY surgeries at the hospital, especially during the first year of my life so almost everyone knows me well!

The doctor came up with a plan to do an X-ray, and since Mama and Daddy brought the toy that I ripped a piece off of they were able to take the other end of the baton off so they could put it on the X-ray table with me so they knew what they were looking for. The doctor was concerned that they wouldn’t be able to see the black rubber toy on the X-ray in my belly, and unfortunately her concern was justified because the toy could not be seen on the X-ray.

This meant the doctors were unsure if the toy was still in my stomach, or if it had passed into my intestines. The next step that the doctor recommended was to induce vomiting with a medication that would make me vomit a LOT. Mama and Daddy were so concerned to do this, especially after the last time when I had a vagal response, passed out and then aspirated my vomit. The team of staff and the doctor assured Mama and Daddy that they would monitor me very closely to make sure everything went as planned and they would take special care especially after what happened last time that I was induced to vomit.

Mama and Daddy agreed to the induced vomiting, even though there was a chance that the toy would stay in my stomach even if I vomited, or that maybe the toy wasn’t even in my stomach anymore and had passed through to my intestines. Unfortunately, the induced vomiting went as planned with no complications but I didn’t throw the toy up. Which means the toy could still be in my stomach, or it could have passed through my intestines.

The vets then said they could do an endoscopy, which is very expensive, and there’s no guarantee that the toy is even in my stomach so it could be for nothing. The vet recommended that Mama and Daddy take me home, with a special diet, and that they monitor me very closely to watch for any signs of pain, discomfort, vomiting, and to monitor my potty time to watch and see if I pass the toy on my own.

There is still a possibility that this toy will become lodged in either the opening between my stomach and intestines or somewhere else in my intestines, so we’re not out of the woods yet. Mama and Daddy are keeping a very close eye on me to look for any signs of discomfort or nausea, in which case they’ll bring me right back to the hospital to see the doctors again and come up with a new plan! Mama and Daddy are extremely nervous and worried about me!

I had a really really rough day. Inducing vomiting is absolutely awful. I was sooooo sick, and then after I threw up a few times the doctors gave me a shot to help settle my belly, but it was still an awful experience! I also hardly got any sleep last night since we didn’t go to bed till around 3am and had to wake back up at 7. It was an extremely exhausting day for me, and Mama and Daddy, both mentally and physically!

We got back home from the emergency vet hospital in the early afternoon and both mama and Daddy laid down in bed with me for a little nap. Daddy got up after an hour or so to work on his truck and me and Mama stayed in bed snuggling and resting together. We stayed in bed till the early evening before Daddy came inside and helped Mama move me to the couch. I’m very very tired today after everything that’s happened!

Me and Mama have been snuggling on the couch all day. I’m being a very clingy boy today and all I want is for Mama to cuddle me and hold me. Mama has been holding me and letting me sleep on her all day. I’m also very hungry since i didn’t get to eat all day! Thankfully Daddy is making me some dinner right now with my special prescription canned food. I’m going to go eat my dinner then come back to snuggle with Mama some more!

Tomorrow is going to be a big day, Mama isn’t going to take her eyes off me all day, and we’re all praying I don’t show any signs of pain or blockages! Please please keep me in your thoughts because these next 24-48 hours are going to be huge in determining if I’ll need emergency surgery or if I’ll be able to pass this rubber toy piece on my own! 🥺

My wonderful friend Megan Shiraziefard sent me some prezzies for Christmas!!!! Look at these pawsome toys!!! She even sent some for Duster and Maggie!!! Thank you so so much to Megan, Sam and their pup Cobin for the goodies! I had so much fun opening these last night! 🥰❤️🐾

Merry Christmas Eve everyone! Rather than my usual post with pictures I wanted to share this video of me enjoying my Christmas Eve present! Mama and Daddy let me open one present each year, and since this one was too greasy to wrap I decided to pick this one! Look, I got a new giant bone!!! 🥳 I hope you’re all having a very happy Christmas Eve! Our family is having a little bit of a change of plans for Christmas! ❤️ Unfortunately Grandma had to go to the emergency room last night! When she got there they did lots of tests and it turns out she has pancreatitis! Grandma still feels very sick so she was unable to cook what she was supposed to cook for our Christmas dinner. Mama was supposed to make a ham and Grandma was going to make a pork pie and mashed potatoes but now we’re moving that meal to Saturday when hopefully Grandma will be feeling better and up for cooking! ❤️ Tomorrow we’re still going to get together as a family but rather than having a big homemade Christmas dinner, Uncle Justin and Daddy are going to get Chinese food for everyone! So now the humans are going to have a nice Chinese food meal and Grandma will be able to relax and stay off her feet! Great Grandma and Great Grandpa will be there, and of course Maggie, and even Mamas Uncle and his family will be stopping by too! So it will still be a nice Christmas dinner even without the ham and pork pie! ❤️ Mama and Daddy are also very very excited to tell Great Grandma and Great Grandpa about their engagement! It’s going to be very exciting news for them! So even with Grandma not feeling good we’re going to make the most of the day and have a great Christmas! ❤️ Today I had a nice day with Mama, she spent most of the day getting ready for Christmas tomorrow and wrapping presents but you know Mama always makes time for cuddles so we also had a nice cuddle session on the couch!!! ❤️ When Daddy got into Mamas truck to go home from work he texted Mama and said something was

New toy!!

Thank you soooo much to Kathy Bennett for this totally pawsome toy! Kathy sent me this toy a couple weeks ago when I was super sick to cheer me up, but Mama knew I was too sick to truly appreciate it and play with it like I would if I wasn’t sick! So Mama saved it till I was feeling better and really playful and gave it to me yesterday and I have been having sooooo much fun with it!!!! Mama even found a little toy that looks the same for Duster to play with too so we can have matching toys!!! Woohoo! Unlike for my birthday when I really wanted to be involved in EVERYTHING and wanted to be on camera, Duster was not so cooperative for his birthday 😝 but hey, it was his birthday, so if he wants to stay up on the tippy top of his cat tower that’s okay!!! For Dusters birthday he did LOTS of cuddling with me and Mama all day and even more cuddling last night, and he got some new toys, he got his special wet food dinner with bone broth mixed in and extra lickable treat on top (that’s usually what he gets for dinner every night but he got way more lickable treat on top than usual) and he got a whole separate bowl of tuna juice from a can! Duster doesn’t really like the tuna itself but he LOVES the juice! So of course we couldn’t let the tuna go to waste, so I got to eat the tuna meat from the can! Yummy!!! Then Duster got some new face scratching posts with catnip balls inside, a whole set of different herb balls that kittys love that he can lick and enjoy, including catnip and a special catnip candy treat, and Duster also got a special electric heating pad made special for cats! Some of you may remember I got a self heating pad/bed a little while ago from one of my sweet Facebook friends when I was sick, but Duster has been using it because he loves it so Mama and Daddy got him his very own electric heating pad and hopefully he likes that more than the self heating pad and then I can get my heating pad back 😝 Duster loves Mamas heating pad but human heating pads get too hot for pets, so one of our sweet Facebook friends, Heather, recommended that we try a electric pet heating pad! Mama didn’t even realise they made those until our friend told her! So now Duster has one of his very own and I just know he’s going to love it, especially with these colder nights we’ve been having! ❤️ Duster also got way more treats than usual, he usually gets a couple treats a day but he sure got spoiled with treats yesterday! 😝 I think Duster wants every day to

Does everyone want to see a little feel-good video? 🥰 Just look at how excited I am for my new toy from Robin! Robin sent me this toy over a week ago but I havnt had the energy to play with any of my toys, so Mama wanted to wait until I was feeling a little more like myself! I’m still a little more sleepy than usual and I still have my cough and in fact I keep coughing and hacking till I throw up which isn’t fun, but if you would have given me this toy two weeks ago i probably wouldn’t have played much at all, and if I did I would have been coughing the whole time so this is a big step in the right direction! Such a fun little pick-me-up! I have another toy from Robin and another toy from another sweet friend named Kathy to open, but Mama is going to spread out the excitement and I’ll open those a little later! Robin actually sent me two of this toy, and two of my other toy along with two bags of treats so I can share with Maggie!!! So next time I go to Grandmas house, once Maggie is feeling a little better I’ll be sharing my toys and treats and bones with Maggie to help cheer her up and help her feel better too!!! Thank you SO MUCH Robin Levinson for my wonderful toys, treats and bones! I sure have been enjoying them, as you can see 😝❤️ and thank you to all of my kind friends for all the sweet words, prayers, well wishes and support through this awful respiratory illness I’ve been dealing with! I’m not out of the woods but every day is a little step in the right direction 🥰❤️

Daddy checked my P.O. Box the other day and I had 3 cards from my friends! The first one is from my Auntie Cindy and she even made my Mama this beautiful keychains with my name on it!!! That’s so sweet Auntie Cindy!!! Thank you so so much for the keychain and the sweet card!!! The second and third cards are from my friend Raul who sent me sweet little cards with adorable stickers in them!!! Thank you so much for the cards Raul! I really enjoy listening to Mama read me the cards that my friends send me, so thank you both Auntie Cindy and Raul for my sweet cards!! You guys are both great friends ❤️

Mamas homemade meal topper made just for me! 🐾

Here’s a little video on how Mama makes my meal addicted! Mama just wanted me to tell everyone that she’s not a canine nutritionist and she wouldn’t recommend anyone feed only homemade food (I get some kibble too) because it’s hard to make sure your pup is getting all the necessary nutrients from homemade food! But of course homemade meal toppers can be a great way to save on kibble and make sure you’re feeding your pup with healthy food that you know exactly what the ingredients are! ❤️ Mama also wanted me to tell you that you can you many different kinds of meats and many different veggies, and every batch Mama makes me has a different combination of meats and veggies so they all end up tasting different. This just happened to be the ingredients Mama put into this particular batch but of course the ingredients can vary greatly depending on your pups taste, or just what ingredients you have on hand! If you want to try making homemade meal additives for your pup Mama also recommends to start small just to make sure you don’t made a 12lbs pot of food your pup won’t eat, but thankfully I’m not picky at all and Mama has never made a batch I didn’t like, which is why Mama is able to make such big batches! Mama is going to make another batch soon and she’ll probably roast an entire turkey for that batch because she has some turkeys in the freezer she needs to use up, so I’ll make sure Mama records how she makes roasted turkey and veggie slops too because those cook a little differently! ❤️ Also please keep in mind this is the first time Mama has made a video like this where she talks to explain what she’s doing so we both apologise if things arnt clear! Feel free to ask any questions at all, me and Mama are happy to talk about my homemade food! Mama has been making my meal additives since the day she got me so we know lots of little tricks and lots of ingredients that work great for these meals toppers! ❤️
