The dog breed of the month for March is a Golden Retriever. So, let’s kick off a new month with our sweet Nash!

Here are a few fun facts about Goldens!

🐾 The AKC officially recognized Golden Retrievers as a breed in 1925.

🐾 There are three types of golden retrievers, and they vary in color and size. (English, Canadian, and American)

🐾 A Golden Retriever is the fourth smartest dog in the world behind border collies, poodles and German shepherds

🐾 Golden Retrievers make top-notch therapy and service dogs!

We sure do love celebrating amazing wins so we decided to start highlighting a student of the week! And who better than little miss Winona! This pretty girl came to us so afraid of everyone and everything she wasn’t able to enjoy new experiences. But with all of the hard work of our trainers and Winona’s owners she has graduated into group classes a confident pup who takes on challenges of new environments head on! We are so proud of you and can’t wait to see how you continue to grow!! ❤️🐾

Join our fast-growing pack here at Dog Training Elite! Our team is looking for a friendly, detail-oriented person with a passion for helping our Brand grow and ensuring our users operate to the highest potential on the systems/tools provided.

Duties & Responsibilities:
• Create and manage user accounts and permissions on various brand-wide systems, including the CRM, G-Suite, Twilio, LearningZen and DogStar DMS
• Document and communicate user account details per franchise to the billing department for accurate Tech Fee billing
• Provide support on user system issues as they arise
• Manage various pilot and Beta programs to improve systems as needed, identifying key regional participants, and gathering feedback to determine a brand-wide fit
• Plan, develop, and conduct individual and group training related to brand-wide systems
• Monitor system production to ensure compliance and quality
• Develop documents and videos for automated system procedures, manuals, and requirements
• Promote a culture of feedback and communication as we work to improve processes
• Help identify process improvements
• Help implement process changes
• Create, enhance, and improve various documents and videos on a bi-lingual scale
• Coordinate projects with other team members as needed

Salary: $44,000 with potential increase after 90-day review
Benefits:

• 10 days paid flex time (after 90-day probationary period)
