One more midnight visitor needing fluids and meds. There are so many poor babies with severe intestinal issues! Diarrhea can kill a kitten faster than almost anything, and at a mere 11ozs, she doesn't have anything to lose. 😔

I think it goes without saying she needs your prayers, well wishes, and positive juju!

Welcome to Dumpling, Mushu, Wonton, Dan Dan, and Schezwan! These Littles are Nashville Cat Rescue's newest arrivals. 💖 They're the sweetest little morsels!!

It's been a little more than 24 hours since these babies were pulled from the euthanasia list and were on their way to their new foster home! They made a brief sojourn by our place for some meds and fluids and are now happily settled in their new digs.

Let's all wish them well and send all the positive juju we can muster! ❤️

It is always sad when an owner has to surrender their pet, but this is ridiculous. It's so hard, especially on seniors, to have their whole life upended and given away. Please consider all aspects of life before bringing a pet into your home.

The same day that NCR was contacted and pulled from the euthanasia list in one of our neighboring counties, these two were dumped at the shelter. At barely five weeks old, they faced the same fate had NCR not stepped up. So, without further ado, welcome Francis and Genny! These two tiny sisters are still reeling from the shock of being dumped like trash but will eventually grow up big and strong.

Genny was named after Jennifer Bair, a supporter of Widdle Whiskers Kozy Kittens. We love our contributors so much, we name kittens after them! We can not do this alone. It truly does take a village!

Color: gray tabby
S*x: female
Personality: Tig's facial markings may give her resting grump face, but she is a very playful, silly girl. She loves toys, wrestling with her sister, and looking out the window at birds and squirrels. She's a very confident and social girl and would do best in a home with other cats.

All kittens are up to date on shots, have been fixed, dewormed, and flea treated. My good friend and fellow rescuer has some beautiful kittens that are ready to go to their forever home. All are 15 weeks old, fixed, flea treated, dewormed, combo tested (negative), and up to date on shots. All that's needed is a home for them to go to!

Also in need of a home is their beautiful, young, medium haired orange tabby momma! More pictures to come in another post, but I wanted to throw this out there.

Remember the Galaxy Kids? Moon, Cosmo, and Star, who came and spent a few hours with us for spa day? Well, good news! They have all gained enough weight to get fixed, and Moon and Cosmo have been adopted and moved out. This leaves little Star.

Sweet Star has not found his forever home yet, but he's looking hard! His ideal family will have another kitty or pup that is friendly and playful. He is only a few months old, after all! He is attached to his people, so he prefers someone who works from home and will love him and snuggle him for the rest of his life!

And yes, his eyes are two different colors!
