Our February Staff Unicorns of the month are Corinne and Kaylah!!!🦄🦄

🌟 Corinne is our lead licensed Veterinary Technician that has been with us for almost 13 years now! She is extremely competent in all things related to surgery, medicine and education (clients and staff). She is so knowledgeable and is involved in the teaching/training of other students going through school to become licensed Vet Techs!
We would be lost without our Corinne ❤️! We appreciate you so much and thank you for everything you do for us! 🦄

🌟 Kaylah has been at Southside for over two years now, and we are so proud of her! After graduating from Rhodes College, she became our receptionist and then transitioned to a veterinary assistant role. She has been rocking it! She’s always willing to help out anyone and everyone in the hospital! We are especially proud of her because she recently got accepted into The University of Tennessee Vet school 🙌🧡!! She’ll be starting in the fall, but luckily she’ll still come back and visit us on her summer breaks! Way to go Kaylah!! So happy for you!!! 🦄

Bruce is a peacemaker and a snuggle bug. He’s a talkative cat who likes to run around the house singing! He is indoor/outdoor, but he really prefers to stay inside where he can finish off his brother’s food. He’ll munch on anything from lettuce to mom’s flowers; he’s not picky! Bruce also loves foot massages and rainy days.

Here’s a little about Cordelia Mabel:
Cordelia Mabel is a feisty hound mix who is very much a daddy’s girl. She was diagnosed with Addison’s disease at nine months old but is now thriving after a long road to recovery. She slays like her name’s sake and loves a good game of tug-of-war. Cordelia is a sucker for popcorn, apples, and peanut butter.

Chasing our cats, Whiskey and Trigger, is a game in itself, especially when she has her favorite bone. Stop, chase, and chew. Cordelia enjoys making new friends during walks and doesn’t understand the concept of a stranger.

Since 1993, Southside Animal Hospital has provided top quality veterinary care to dog and cat owners in Nashville, Brentwood, Franklin, Antioch, Nolensville and Williamson County & Davidson County, Tennessee. Southside Animal Hospital enjoys being a good neighbor and part of our community and economy. We enjoy putting our animal care knowledge to use in service to pet owners, shelters and other local animal rescue groups. As an active member of the Nashville community, we look forward to meeting you soon! Our staff treats you like family and each pet like our own. Southside Animal Hospital is your partners in your pet’s health. As pet owners ourselves, we believe annual preventative care with wellness exams, vaccines, parasite screenings, heartworm test and lab tests are the keys to your pet living a longer, healthier and happier life. As a full-service vet hospital, we also provide your pet with surgery, diagnostics and x-rays, dental care, microchipping, nutritional counseling plus boarding. Accidents and illness happen even to the healthiest of cats and dogs. This is where Southside Animal Hospital really excels. The skill and expertise of our doctors is enhanced by modern diagnostic imaging equipment, onsite lab, in-house medical testing, surgical suite and expertise and resources in dermatology, internal medicine and oncology.
