Merry Puppins cancellation policy is pretty lenient. I understand that life happens and schedules change. So, with that in mind, I typically give everyone a free pass once. Please bear in mind that when you book me for your travel from home that I am counting on that financial support and may have passed on other job offers. My official policies for cancellations are as follows:
Cancellation polic

y for Regular House/Pet Sitting Dates:
Cancellations may be made up to 1 week in advance of the first scheduled overnight date with no cancellation fee. Cancellations made within 3 days of first scheduled overnight date will incur a fee of 50% of the total charge. Any cancellation made less than 3 days are due in full. Cancellation policy for Holiday House/Pet Sitting Dates:
Holidays book up far in advance and quickly! I usually end up passing on several sitting requests. Therefore, cancellations during holiday periods may be made up to 14 days (two weeks) in advance of the first scheduled sit. After that period, a cancellation fee will be charged at 50% the total reservation amount. Cancellations of less than 48 hours are due in full. No credits will be given for visits cancelled due to a client’s early return home. Clients returning home early will be required to pay for the reserved number of nights scheduled.

Cancellation Policy

Holiday House/Pet Sitting Dates: Holidays book up quickly and far in advance! Upon your booking I request 50% down which is non-refundable should you cancel. There is also an additional Holiday fee of $25.00 due with your final payment. No credits will be given for visits cancelled due to a client’s early return home. Clients returning home early will be required to pay for the reserved number of nights scheduled.
