Beautiful pup!

Happy Friday, people of the world. So, let's all say hello to Grant. Grant is a 2 year old, 85-pound white German shepherd who came to us when his owner fell ill.

Grant is a very good boy. Like all young shepherds, this is an active, inquisitive and intelligent dog. He is certainly drop dead gorgeous, but people should know what they are getting and not be slayed by the good looks. If you want a dog that forgot you went to work and just remembered you left, this is not your dog. Grant knows you were 20 minutes late and he wants an explanation. If your idea of activity is a leisurely stroll to the mailbox, then no. Grant needs exercise and activity which means you need to provide it, either with throwing a ball for him or by going for a long walk.

Grant is great with other dogs who are big enough to hang with him. He would do very well with a dog friend whose only ambition is to explore mud puddles with a new friend and chase frisbees. This is not a dumb dog so don't expect to pull one over on him and if you are very lucky, he might do your taxes.

Grant needs a home with a fenced yard and kids over 12. No cats and tasty mammals like rabbits in the home. For those who love this breed, you will love this dog. Interested would be adopters should email [email protected]. He's in Nashville and can travel the eastern US where we do.
