As some of you may already know, Agape’s founder and executive director, Tanya Willis, was injured in a horseback-riding incident a few weeks ago. While she is on the mend and in great spirits, her recovery will involve multiple surgeries and a 9-12 month recovery period. With Tanya’s full support, we are in search of an interim Executive Director to help lead Agape’s important work in the rescue community.
To do this well, and to be able to throw the bigger and better Agape Animal Ball we have planned to celebrate our 20th Anniversary, we have decided it is best to postpone the ball until we can give it the attention our wonderful community deserves.
We have 3 options for current ticket holders/event sponsors:
1. Let us know you’re still with us, and we’ll let you know as soon as we have the new date secured.
2. Contact [email protected] for a full refund.
3. Change your ticket purchase or sponsorship into a general donation to help support Agape through this challenge and transition by contacting [email protected].
Auction donors are being contacted directly by committee members to discuss next steps.
We appreciate your support and understanding. Without you, Agape couldn’t have forever changed the lives of thousands of dogs and families for the better, and we still have a lot of work to do together. ❤️
