Our Story

5 Points Animal Hospital is a 5 doctor, small animal practice located in the heart of East Nashville. Our team is focused on providing the highest level of patient care and customer service possible. We are committed to providing compassionate care for the animals that make such a deep impact in our lives everyday.

All of our practitioners are Fear Free Certified, which means that they have completed a training program for veterinary professionals geared towards recognizing and reducing fear, anxiety and stress associated with visits to the veterinary hospital and creating an overall experience that is safer and more positive for pets and their owners.
