Today- For the first time in SEVEN YEARS

Masters Mobile could not provide our own water. 🤯

Unfortunately, we still do not have water -

So THANK YOU to all the clients that kindly let us fill up at your location so the pups could still be bathed.
And thanks to the locations tomorrow that might have to help us out too. 👏🏼

Fingers crossed our well problems will be resolved in the next 24hrs.

To say it’s been a rough 24hrs doesn’t even hit the mark.

I have made many posts about how my original schedule no longer exists.
I’ve made a mass marketing text to all my clients that they need to reach out to Lindsey and Zak for their appointments.

I am SORRY I have let you down. I’m sorry I’ve let my parents down and can no longer take care of them. I’m sorry that your feelings are hurt!

Well mine are too! I love all of you. And loyalty does mean something to me.

But the reality is….. I’m over here trying to save my leg just to be able to walk in 2025. I don’t know if I will ever be able to bend my KNEE enough (OR AT ALL) to be Mobile ever again. 😭
I may be stuck in a shop the rest of my life. (Cuz there I can just groom from my wheelchair).

Lindsey is busting her ass for all of you. She’s a single mother and can only work while her baby boy is in school. And when he’s with his Dad- she’s WORKING WEEKENDS TO TRY AND GET EVERYONE IN.

She does love the work. And she’s getting damn good at driving that Mobile. I’ve begged her not to overdue it. She’s working all these hours so I can pay my mortgage. And because she cares about all you guys too!

Most people are understanding. Some have gotten a little harsh. I understand
We are all replaceable and you do what you have to do.

Right now….me following Drs orders (bedridden and being on pain meds and sedatives).
That’s more important than a dogs haircut.
I have turned EVERYTHING over to Lindsey and Zak.

I’m only 49 and I don’t want to be stuck in this stupid wheelchair the rest of my life.
THAT IS MY PRIORITY.

You do what you have to do.
Just don’t be mean about it. 😭

***and I don’t want to hear anyone slamming any of my clients. I love all of you.
I’m just reminding you… we are ALL busy and I understand you are annoyed, but yet you can still be kind. 💗

So proud of Zak today! He’s only started working on doodles alone in the past few months.

Today he went and did a FFF (face, feet, f***y) on one of our pups that he’s never touched before.

Winston is ready for his photo shoot this weekend!!! 🙌🏼

Just a reminder Christmas is coming!

Our prepaid Dogs already have December appts.
Our regular Senior Citizens already have December appts.

We already have less appt times because we are short two groomers.

And even if you aren’t with us…. Go make sure you get an appt with someone. So you don’t get left out!
(Because you aren’t the only one that wants the week before Xmas 🤪)

There isn’t much to update on my leg.

The bones aren’t adhering together as much as we would like.
I’m in a full leg cast and back to non-weight bearing.
In 2 weeks- they will take another X-ray and decide if another surgery is needed.

At this point, I will have been in bed over 6 weeks. It sucks.

But you guys being so awesome to Lindsey and Zak helps me just lay back and heal without a ton of worry about the company.

Thank you for that small Blessing and please keep the prayers coming!

So I’m not a real political person.
But nor do I shy away from what I believe in.

In 2020, Gunner shook his head and his hair fell like this. I was like OMG don’t move I’ve got to show your Mama. I didn’t even know what party they were voting for. It was just FUNNY and I had to share it with her.

Well- it’s still FUNNY TODAY! 😅

FOUND!!!!! She was brought home today and now her Mommy can stop ugly crying!

LOST DOG in Nash Co, NC.

Missing from Corinth Rd (between 58 and Taylor Store Rd) area since Sept 27th.

Her name is BlueBerri and her Mama is definitely ugly crying by now.

If you are in the Nashville, Red Oak, Castalia area…..please keep an eye out for her.

Due to a Nasty fall that has left me unable to walk and I’m awaiting Surgery on on already crippled leg.
I’m down for the count.

I need to focus on a full and complete recovery and Zak and Lindsey don’t want me to close the doors on this company that we love so much. So they will be holding the reins for a bit.

The people that have committed to pre-paying on the 1st and 15th each month will be their priority. After that, they get to pick and choose who they do. Whatever they say goes and prices may change.

Here are their personal cell numbers. If they can’t get back to you fast enough - I’ve added the 2 other Mobile Groomers based out of Nash County. (Who are awesome and stay just as full as we do)

We will continue to work on the Shop and look forward to Lindsey taking that over when I’m fully functioning back on two legs again. 💃🏼

This is one of my favorite 2 week dogs. But due to my busy schedule and her vacationing parents I hadn’t groomed her in 6 weeks. I don’t think you guys understand how much we WORRY about our dogs. Worry they are getting matted or their nails are too long.

I was RELIEVED when my Client told me she was taking Abigail to Pets Best Friend. Some would say “to the competition”.
I don’t see it that way at all.
I see it as a fellow groomer that’s keeping my puppy safe, healthy and MAINTAINED! We are all here cuz we LOVE YOUR PETS and we are just trying to put the food on our table like everyone else. 💁🏼‍♀️

I was very pleased to hear my client talk about how well Pet’s Best Friend looked and how nice every one was. She went on to say how CLEAN the Doggie DayCare was and how you could tell the attendant had true passion for it.
I encouraged her to go leave them a review! Everyone hears the negative or posts the negative- let’s do some POSITIVE reviews for every small business! I’m posting this myself because I WANT Susan to know the great things people are saying. And yes, I could just text her- but I want you to know too!

There has been a GLITCH in our system where some August appts were not showing up - so we did not know to reschedule them.

I’m obviously horrified that some people expected us and we are not showing up.
I deeply apologize.

But right now I’m spending time with my family- I deserve it as much as every single one of you.

I will handle everything next week.

Roger and I are gonna go de-compress and take about 100 naps. 😌🏖️
