Hello, friends!

I wanted to let you know that my schedule for next week (the week of the 16th) is filling up quickly, so please book your pup’s appointment as soon as possible to secure a spot.

As a reminder, please be mindful of my cancellation policy:
• Appointments not canceled with at least 24 hours’ notice will be charged 50% of the missed groom.
• Appointments canceled with less than 12 hours’ notice, no-shows/no-calls, and same-day cancellations will be charged 100% of the missed groom.
• To book another appointment, a non-refundable deposit of $25 will be required, which will go toward the service.

I completely understand that emergencies happen, but I kindly ask for your cooperation so I can continue to provide the best service for everyone.

I will be off this Friday and won’t be responding to messages on Friday or over the weekend.

Additionally, the week of Christmas is already fully booked. Please note that I will be off on Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday of that week as well.

We need to address a serious issue that has been affecting Happy Tails. Lately, there have been far too many no-shows and no-calls. This is not only disrespectful to our time but also unfair to other clients who are waiting to book appointments.

Please understand that our time is valuable, and missed appointments take away opportunities for others. If you need to cancel or reschedule, we expect you to call ahead. This is the least courtesy we ask to keep our business running smoothly and ensure fairness for everyone.

Availability:
• For the week of Thanksgiving, I’ll only be open Monday and Tuesday.
• Limited spots are available on November 25th and 26th.

❗️NEW UPDATE ❗️

Hello friends,

Due to the increasing number of pets coming in with fleas, I will now require clients to pick up their pets immediately if fleas are found during their appointment. Going forward, I will no longer be accepting dogs with fleas, as it requires me to close the shop, deep clean the area, and cancel all remaining appointments for the day. This is necessary to protect other pets and ensure a safe, clean environment.

As many of you know, I bring my own dog to work every day, and I want to prevent the spread of fleas to my pets and others. Please check your pet for fleas before bringing them to their appointment. If fleas are discovered during the grooming session, you will still be responsible for the full cost of the groom.
