Homestead’s Beginnings...
Homestead Kennels & Cattery began in a small 9′ x 14′ shed on our 6+ acre mini farm in the spring of 1982. My dream was to offer first class pet care in my hometown of Nazareth. I never dreamed I would be serving clients from as far away as the Poconos, Reading as well as Philadelphia and New Jersey.
Over the years, Roy & I have expanded and have continued to make many improvements in order for our facility to match the same high-quality standards as the service we offer. We try to accommodate our clients’ needs as much as possible, and in the rare event we fail at meeting our goals, we will do whatever necessary to “make it right.”
In 2012, Homestead Kennels proudly celebrated a milestone in our business – a 30th anniversary! We are both very proud of what we have achieved, as well as the hard-earned, fine, reputation for having one of the finest pet care facilities in the Lehigh Valley.
Now in our 36th season, we pledge to continue to earn the trust and loyalty of our customers, who we value.
