Lost pets? It happens. But studies show microchipped pets are MUCH more likely to find their way home.
โ€ข One study found microchipped dogs were reunited with their owners at more than double the rate of non-chipped pups [American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA)].
โ€ข For cats, the difference was even more dramatic.
Microchips store a unique identification number linked to your contact information in a national registry. When a scanner detects the chip, veterinary clinics and shelters can quickly identify your pet and get you back together.

We want to let our patients and their families know that we are thinking of them as Hurricane Beryl approaches. We have not made plans to officially close tomorrow morning, but if we do not have power and cannot get to the clinic safely we will not reopen until those 2 things happen. Prayers for a safe and damage free next few days. ๐Ÿ’™๐Ÿคโค๏ธ
