There have been some questions about our prepayment policy so we would just like to share with you a more clear typed up version of it, let us know if you have any questions. We understand you might not know why, but we've had so many no call no shows and it gets frustrating for us and understand it can be frustrating for you this policy exists. Please understand it's not a trust issue and just want you to secure your spot in our schedule!
We would also like to share that we're taking new clients again but are limited on spots so bare with us on getting you on the schedule!

At the beginning of January of 2024 we started requiring a non-refundable deposit of $50.00 when scheduling a surgical procedure, new pet appointment, and new client appointments. This will be used towards your bill on the day of. We require a 2 week notice to cancel or to reschedule. If you don’t give us a 2 week notice you will be charged the “No Show/Cancellation Fee” of $50.00 (the payment you already paid) and will have to pay the Non-Refundable deposit again in order to reschedule. We understand things come up and emergencies happen, and will work with you in these situations, however our no shows are getting out of control, When you don’t show up for a scheduled surgery it takes away the opportunity for a different client’s pet to have a procedure done. You will be notified of this via text and email when We schedule your appointments. We appreciate your business and value you as our clients.
