🚨 Update: Application Process Closed

We’ve had an overwhelming response to our upcoming clinic on July 23rd, and the application process is now officially closed.

We’ll be reviewing submissions and will be in touch with approved applicants by Monday, July 7.

It means the world to see so many people taking steps to protect their pets’ health.

We are seeking a forever home for one of our older dogs, Opie, who has been experiencing a very difficult time with heartworm treatment and shelter life. Those two things alone can be very hard on them, i know it is on us, who care for him. Despite his gentle nature, his suitability for households with other pets or young children is unknown. Can someone please provide a loving home for Opie to live out his life?

It's a blessing to have our high school kids volunteer their time and energy, even during school breaks, to bring happiness and comfort to our shelter animals, demonstrating the true spirit of generosity and kindness. Our volunteers come from many different schools around Desoto county. 🐾🐶🐾🐈
