X-rays showed a very large abdominal mass as well as aspiration pneumonia from vomiting. After a difficult discussion and weighing all the options and outcomes with her doctor, the kindest decision was to help her pass peacefully. Please keep her foster family in your thoughts as they and the entire PPR family are heartbroken. We thank everyone for your thoughts, prayers and donations toward her bill. We also thank the staff of Valley Central Veterinary Referral and Emergency Center for their care and compassion.

We are in urgent need of funds to help cover Janelle’s care!
She is currently at Valley Central Veterinary Referral and Emergency Center with a fever of 104.9. She is still weak, lethargic, and her belly is distended. They are beginning diagnostic X-rays and bloodwork, and the cost for those is about $1,000. She may need to stay overnight for IV fluids while they work to figure out what’s happening to her.
Any amount toward her care is beyond appreciated and will be critical in helping save her 💔
