Things are warming up at the Dog Park! The pond will open for the season tomorrow, May 10. Make sure you pack a towel for your water loving friend🐾

The pond at the Dog Park will close for the season on November 15. The rest of the park will remain open, but the pond will be closed until spring.

The power to the access gates has been repaired and the dog park is back open. Just in time too, the pond is now open for the season! Next time you visit the dog park, let your dog cool off and take a dip in the pond. Additionally, starting tomorrow (5/12) the small dog park area and the large dog park area will be switched. When you enter the gates, the small dog park will be on the left and the large dog park will be on the right. Be sure to check the signage to verify you are entering the correct area for the size of your dog

The Dog Park will be closed until Thursday (5/11) around 12:30pm, as we repair the damage from the storms. We will continue to keep you updated. We apologize for the inconvenience, but appreciate your patience.

The power to the access gates into the dog park have been affected due to the storms from the weekend. We are working to get the issue resolved and hope to have them back up and running by the afternoon. We apologize for any inconvenience.

ℝ𝔼ℕ𝔼𝕎 your New Albany Dog Park membership now for 2022!

You can renew by appointment at Silver Street Park, 2043 Silver Street in New Albany, from 8:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Renewals can also be handled by email and online. Call us at 812.949.5448 or email us at [email protected] to schedule an appointment. If you plan to do your renewal in person, please either email us all of the items on this list prior to your appointment, or bring them with you to your appointment. Please check the email you have on file with us for the list of items to send in order to begin the renewal process remotely.
The new 2022 Dog Park tag(s) will be issued when payment is received.

The pond at the Dog Park will be closed for general maintenance tomorrow, June 17 from 8am-10am.

The pond will reopen at 10am tomorrow. During this time, all members are welcome to utilize the large and small dog sections and the agility section.

𝓢𝓾𝓶𝓶𝓮𝓻 𝓢𝓲𝔃𝔃𝓵𝓮 𝓢𝓱𝓲𝓷𝓭𝓲𝓰 at Silver Street Park on Saturday, June 12th from 2p – 6p.

This FREE event will be our first event in over a year, hosted at Silver Street Park since COVID.

This family festival event will have a 3-story, 200 ft Zipline, a trackless train, multiple bounce houses & other inflatables, face painters, a balloon artist, a toddler area for kids 5 and under, a sensory area for children that may need a break without leaving the event, food truck, and so much more!

That’s My Dog will be in attendance with the opportunity to purchase delicious food!!

Cool Treats with scrumptious Dippin Dots & other cool treats!!

Jonathan Braden - Licensed Agent with New York Life creating FREE child identification cards!

New Albany High School Njrotc will present the colors!

The Summer Sizzle Shindig will begin at 2p and end at 6p.
