The pond at the Dog Park will close for the season on Thursday, October 10. The rest of the park will remain open, but the pond will be closed until spring.

The Dog Park will be closed Monday, June 24, until 12:00pm for maintenance.

Things are warming up at the Dog Park! The pond will open for the season tomorrow, May 10. Make sure you pack a towel for your water loving friend🐾

The pond at the Dog Park will close for the season on November 15. The rest of the park will remain open, but the pond will be closed until spring.

The power to the access gates has been repaired and the dog park is back open. Just in time too, the pond is now open for the season! Next time you visit the dog park, let your dog cool off and take a dip in the pond. Additionally, starting tomorrow (5/12) the small dog park area and the large dog park area will be switched. When you enter the gates, the small dog park will be on the left and the large dog park will be on the right. Be sure to check the signage to verify you are entering the correct area for the size of your dog

The Dog Park will be closed until Thursday (5/11) around 12:30pm, as we repair the damage from the storms. We will continue to keep you updated. We apologize for the inconvenience, but appreciate your patience.

The power to the access gates into the dog park have been affected due to the storms from the weekend. We are working to get the issue resolved and hope to have them back up and running by the afternoon. We apologize for any inconvenience.

ℝ𝔼ℕ𝔼𝕎 your New Albany Dog Park membership now for 2022!

You can renew by appointment at Silver Street Park, 2043 Silver Street in New Albany, from 8:30am to 4:00pm, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Renewals can also be handled by email and online. Call us at 812.949.5448 or email us at [email protected] to schedule an appointment. If you plan to do your renewal in person, please either email us all of the items on this list prior to your appointment, or bring them with you to your appointment. Please check the email you have on file with us for the list of items to send in order to begin the renewal process remotely.
The new 2022 Dog Park tag(s) will be issued when payment is received.
