We lost sn icon and great horse person. Twila has been such a great influence of so many in our equine community. There will be a celebration of life on June 1 at Justamere to honor her legacy.
Hello everyone, our dear friend, Twila, passed away today. Twila was a staple in the horse community and one heck of a horsewoman with over 40 years of teaching. She established Justamere Equestrian almost 30 years ago and has touched many lives through the horse world. Our lives won’t be the same without her. Her celebration of life will be at the barn on June 1st. There will be more information forthcoming. Twila wasn’t on Facebook, but I always read her everyone’s posts and messages. She asked me to print the likes and messages from everyone who responded to the latest post about her riding academy letter. She enjoyed reminiscing over all the familiar names and pictures. Honey is being cared for and loved by friends. In honor of Twila it would be lovely if her friends could share a message about her and/or a photo in the comments. Let’s remember her together here.
