WOOF! WOOF! will be permanently CLOSING our New Bedford, MA location as of December 1st. Until then New Bedford’s hours will remain the same.

What does this mean for our NB customers:

🔸All frequent buyer and loyalty points can be used in our Bristol, RI location.

🔸Gift Cards can be used in Bristol, RI.

🔸NB will continue to take food orders for in store pick-up until order date November 23rd for latest pick-up by Nov 30th.

🔸After New Bedford closes we will be offering delivery for our NB customers, all you have do is email, text or call-in your order and we will deliver it to your door. Dylan will be speaking to everyone about this option. If you choose and you want to visit Dylan in person you can also shop with your pups in our Bristol location.

🔸Our online shopping site will be offered once again come the beginning of the new year.

I know everyone will be worried about Dylan, as he is a most valued employee, he will be back in Bristol as a manager where you can visit him. He will also be delivering orders to NB weekly.

We want to thank our faithful New Bedford customers who supported us over these past few years, but due to circumstances beyond our control especially construction and the closure of surrounding supporting businesses we were left with this difficult decision.

We recognize that Dylan had done an amazing job there, as he always does, and he has made some incredible bonds with many of you and your pets, helping with their special nutrition needs, we truly hope many of you will continue to let him and us fill your pets future nutritional needs.
