✨Staff Spotlight: At SkyDance, we’re all about continuous learning, and one of our trainers, Anya, just took that to the next level! She spent two weeks in the Northwoods of Minnesota for an immersive course on predator ecology as part of her Animal Behavior degree.

At the Osprey Wilds Environmental Learning Center, Anya gained hands-on experience tracking wolves, using telemetry techniques, and even taking an aerial flight to locate a wild wolf. She also had the chance to learn from top researchers, visit the International Wolf Center and North American Bear Center, and spend time with sled dogs.

One of our core values is our Continuous Improvement Culture, and Anya embodies that by constantly expanding her knowledge and skills. While she missed all the SkyDance pups, her passion for animal behavior continues to grow—bringing even more expertise to our team. We’re so proud of her dedication to learning. 🐾🏔️🐺

A home for the holidays! ✨🏡🎄 One of our foster pups, Donny, has found his forever family just in time for Christmas! Donny has spent the last 4 months living and training with us at SkyDance, and while we’ll miss his wagging tail and playful energy, our hearts are so happy knowing he’ll be spending the holidays surrounded by love and happiness with his new family.

This time of year is especially hard seeing our pups that will not have a furever home for the holidays. But we remain hopeful, knowing there are families out there ready to open their hearts to these amazing dogs. If you or someone you know is interested in one of our fosters, please send us a message or call our Guest Experience Team! 𝐉𝐈𝐍𝐆𝐋𝐄 𝐉𝐀𝐍𝐆𝐋𝐄 𝐉𝐀𝐌𝐁𝐎𝐑𝐄𝐄 𝐃𝐀𝐘 𝟐!✨ Our Who-pups went on two big adventures today. In Dousman, they hunted for treats while taking in the festive vibes of the North Pole. Over in Antarctica (aka New Berlin), they sniffed out the special scents of Santa’s Reindeer and The Arctic Rabbit. Trixie nailed it when she said we’re so proud of our SkyDance family for working so hard to help us stop the Grinch from stealing Christmas! Let’s keep up the good work for tomorrow! 🎄❤️

As we officially say adieu to the 2024 SkyDance Olympic Games, we want to thank the pet parents who supported their Olympians and so eagerly displayed true Olympic spirit over the past two weeks of competition. With over 100 abnormally hairy athletes competing in our games, we had endless excitement, slobber, and entertainment that we will never forget. A special shout out to our announcer, Trixie, who flew back and forth to Paris every night to make sure our audience at home could be a part of these games. Goodnight and Farewell from Paris! ❤️🇫🇷🏆🌟

Our Story

Pet boarding just got an update with SkyDance Pet Lodge. Not only are we the largest boarding facility in the midwest, but we offer each pet that stays here a truly luxurious experience. Every dog will get cozy blankets, a bed, and several trips outside. We also have packages that include up to eight play times a day, a free bath, and aromatherapy. That’s what we call a relaxing, high-end animal vacation. While you’re out of town enjoying your trip, you can rest easy knowing your furry friend is having just as much fun back in Dousman.
