These little nuggets are on all 4's now, wobble walking all around the whelping box 💙
Still growing like weeds, all weighing over 5 lbs at their 2 week check up! Holy cow these are chunky pups! 😍
Everyone has their eyes open 👀 and love snuggle time!

All the puppies are scooting around and even full walking at times! Two of them are beginning to open their eyes, I expect the other two to be pretty soon! Sound ON for puppy squeaks! 🥰

Puppies had their 1st vet appointment today for dew claw removal. They all did great! Mama missed them, but a little vanilla ice cream and she forgave me for sneaking them out for a bit! 😘

Everyone is doing great! Mama is loving her little sweethearts and all the puppies are gaining, males are almost over 2 lbs not even 48 hours old, big pups! 💕

We are 8 days from our due date!!! Any guesses on puppy count!? I know it's a little hard to read (I wasn't thinking and she ate a big meal before her xray 🤦‍♀️)

Well we spoke too soon!! Lani had another ultrasound today and we were able to confirm PUPPIES!! 💜 It's a small litter, too soon to xray for an actual puppy count, but we're thinking 4 pups! We are so excited!

Ok Black River family.. we had our ultrasound last week and unfortunately our female did not take 😥 so we will not have a litter this fall. Sawyer & Soilder will be bred this winter (her heat is due February) and if she takes this will be their final litter. There last litter was gorgeous producing blacks, harls, a mantle, and a blue merle. 💙 ♥️
