Well, we need to take brushing our dogs teeth more seriously. Took ur 10 year old Toby to the vet for teeth cleaning. They had to remove 18 bad teeth. Some were actually loose. We have two young ones at home so are going to give it a try.

This is an X-ray of a dog’s bent front leg. See that tiny white spec? That’s a microchip! It has migrated down the leg....far from where it was inserted, between the dog’s shoulders. This is actually quite common.....

When lost pets are scanned, the entire body SHOULD be scanned to catch any that have migrated. But, as an owner, IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY AT THEIR YEARLY VET EXAM, to ask for a quick scan to make sure that: (1) the chip is still working, (2) the location of the chip is good, and (3) that the chip info is correct.

Remember microchips save lives and reunite families with their pet.... just have it checked regularly!

So Bob and I were talking the other day. See, as much as we want to think of ourselves as responsible pet owners, accidents can happen. We both take medication. We are very careful to not drop one. However One of our 8 month old pups is extremely quick at swallowing anything he can get in his mouth.

So these tiny little twins (or should I call them hawk bait) got to test drive a stroller today. Worked perfectly. Went for a walk and they loved it. Going on a short camping trip next week and can’t risk at this time them running into any large dogs. Jasmine is so fine b***d that even a large playful dog could hurt her.
