Here is a recent review from Ellis's family: "My little Ellis passed away late at night while I held him. Even though I was glad that he was home with me instead of at a vet, the experience was so emotional and I was heartbroken to have him go. I researched places during the night and even though none were open, I messaged Heavenly Paws and they answered me back shortly thereafter. They were very comforting and reassured me they would be at my home to pick Ellis up early in the morning. Not only were they right on time, but the young man, Demetrus, was polite, calm, caring, and professional. I was very emotional and he listened to me and was very kind. Ellis was brought back to me sooner than I thought he would, and they called me to let me know when he would be brought home. At Heavenly Paws, we understand the importance of providing a personalized and respectful experience during this difficult time. That's why we offer our "Attending Service," where you and your family can be present during the entire cremation process. With our Attending Services, you can: Watch us create ink, nose, and paw prints. Observe or assist in making clay paw prints. Be present as we place your pet into the cremation chamber. Witness the removal of your pet's remains from the chamber. Follow the process through to the packaging of the memorial package. We halt all other production activities to give you the time and attention you need. You can be as involved as you wish, ensuring a hands-on and personal experience and you will recieve your pets remains back the same day. Please note that this service needs to be scheduled in advance. In your time of need, we help you honor your pet’s life with our services. Our services are exactly the same if you request them through a participating veterinarian, or directly – when it’s time, we’re where your pet needs us.

We offer many creative ways to hold on to memories of your pet. Some are requested when your pet begins their final journey. Many can be ordered later, or as gifts for another pet lover.

Heavenly Paws of Texas now accepts Care Credit as a form of payment, with six month no interest. Please contact us for more information.
