We have a 14 stall barn located in New Carlisle, OH and are looking to lease the entire barn out. This could be a great opportunity for a trainer or for someone who would like to manage a boarding facility to sub-lease the stalls. Our barn has a tack/viewing room, wash bay as well as a 60x120 indoor arena, large hay mow and adjoining pastures. We previously used our barn for training cowhorses and hosting cattle sorting events. If interested please pm me.

Live weight is around 1200 #

Usually hanging weight is 60% of live weight and we charge $3.50 # for hanging weight.

Butcher fee: $155+$35+(85cents a # hanging weight) and vacuum package available for extra 10cents\ #. This cost is for the entire cow but we can divide if you’d like a half cow or 1/4. Feel free to message us for a more specific quote.

Do you see the cows????! LMAO. They are all in the barn, with water and hay inside. They are free to go out, but I have not see them yet….. I took a pick this morning, they looked at me and looked away. Lol.

I have a 1/4 of beef left for next week. Or a full in January Anybody looking for any meat?

That is the break down: If a beef dresses 660 lb hanging carcass at $3 a pound Plus killing fee and processing fee you will have roughly $2740 in the entire beef or $13 70 If a beef dress is 660 each half hanging will weigh 330 if you take the bone out you will get about 240 lb pure meat it figures out. So $1370|240= $5.70 #

Last day of AI clinic in Jackson, Oh OSU farm. If I can put a number from 1-10 I would do 10 on those guys. I felt comfortable on how to choose the futures seaman, how to do the AI and how to pick the program for my cows and heifers. 3 long days 4 hours driving and 6 hour class. But I would do again. All the instructors were real good with all the questions and requests. Tku again.
