Nail trims… we charge $10 for them. Due to an overwhelming number of walk-ins, we have had to start doing nail trims at noon! It just got to the point where we were unable to finish our grooming dogs in a decent amount of time because of having to stop and start repeatedly. I hope it’s not too inconvenient for anyone. We do them at noon every day we are here, including Saturdays! We are closed on Wednesdays and Sundays ! 🐾

PSA: flea season is upon us. Please treat your pets with an effective flea preventative. This is especially important if you bring your dogs to places like vets and groomers. We can’t control who brings fleas with them. Many times we don’t know they have fleas until we get them wet! Of course we do the best we can to prevent the spread of fleas, but treating your pets is the best defense!

It seems like there was a way to post a job listing on marketplace but I can’t figure out how i did it before. April’s pet grooming, in New Carlisle, OH is ISO part-time bather\ dryer. We are a very busy shop and need more help. Experience would be great but we can teach the right person. If your first thought was something like “wow working with puppies would be fun”, well, sometimes it is, but it’s not all fun and games. Interested applicants should be over 18, out of school (we start at 8am), have a strong back, and patience. (Not all dogs enjoy the grooming process) We have three shop cats, so applicants should not be allergic to them. If you, or someone you know has the patience of a saint, a good sense of humor, a strong stomach, (sometimes it’s just plain gross) and the strength of an ox, please contact me through messenger. 4-6 dogs, four days a week. Usually done by noon. Paid per dog, averages $10/hr. This can be physical labor. W-2 employee.

After 27 years of $5 toenail trims, we have finally raised our price to $10. Still a bargain if you compare to vet prices!! Btw, we use a grinder for a smoother finish !

This is Coco. She’s 7 years old, spayed and she’s in need of a new home. Her owner died, and her son is unable to give her suitable care. I’ve been grooming her all of her life. She’s a doll baby! Pm me if you are, or know someone who is and I’ll put you in touch. ❤️🐾
