We are truly blessed to have our lesson horses at Triangle T!! Luke is extra special for all the people he’s taught so far!

I am a lesson horse.
I am a horse that isn’t as recognized as the top hunter jumpers, the best western pleasure horse, or the 1D barrel horse, I am a lesson horse. I am the backbone of the foundation to do all of those things. I am a lesson horse.

I am not loved by one person. I am loved by several people. I don’t have my person, I have my people. I am a lesson horse.

I will teach your child and yourself more than just to ride. I will bring your child out of their shell. I will teach your child about life. I will be yours and their shoulder to cry on. I am a lesson horse.

I will bring my family the joy of teaching kids. I will bring my families business growth. I am so loved by my family, even if they don’t express it everyday. My family allows others to show me love and enjoy me. I am a lesson horse.

At the end of your childs’ journey on a lesson horse, they will out grow me. They will find one that jumps higher, a horse that is show quality, a horse much faster than me. But, I will never outgrow being a lesson horse. I will be the one that loved your child and helped your child grow into the rider and person they are. I am a lesson horse.

At the end of my time as a lesson horse; I will be covered in grey hair. Each grey hair came from each hour I spent as a lesson horse. I will be in a field of green grass, I will be taken care of as I was when I was a lesson horse. I will watch your child from across the pasture love her new horse. But, I will love your child more than any horse can. I will be the backbone of the business, the family, and your child. Don’t forget about me, I am a lesson horse.

Happy Sunday! Sorry it has taken me a bit to post this, we have been super busy! I have decided to change our point system for the Gymkhanas. I was doing the points out of the number of riders and after reviewing last year's points and recalculating them out of 10 points, it just didn't make sense to do it the other way. I added the out of 10 points to my spreadsheet for the 2 Gymkhanas for this year and you will see why I changed it. It just wasn't fair doing it the old way. This is definitely a learning process for us and I am always happy to listen to advise and change things when things need changed. I also messed up on the 13-18 group and have fixed those issues as well. We are truly blessed to get to do what we do and we love this community. If you have any questions, please let me know and I thank you all for your continued support and patience while we learn!

We will do prizes for the 10/12 Gymkhana on 11/16! I hope to see you all there!!

Today was a great success! I didn’t get to take very many photos because it was very busy but I did get these shots of the broomstick races and they were a hoot! If anyone took other photos, feel free to share!!

Halloween is right around the corner and we are just a little excited about it! KC Davis and Triangle T Arena are planning quite the extravaganza!! We will be giving out door prizes, trick or treat candy and so much more. Raffles will happen with great prizes for that too.
We will have a trail course set up in the arena with different Halloween themes throughout the arena!! You can bring your horse to do the course for fun!! After the horses are done with the course, we will have broomstick races for anyone who wants to participate. Winners will receive prizes!!
Come in your best costume to enter into the costume contest too!

I just wanted to let everyone know that I changed the date of the October Gymkhana because there was another event that day and I want everyone to be able to go to as many events as possible. Today is our 1 year anniversary of taking over Triangle T Arena and to say it’s been a blast is an understatement! We have gotten to know so many amazing people and done some really fun events! We are offering riding lessons here at Triangle T Arena. We would love to teach you from the ground up what horsemanship looks like. If you are brand new to horses or have ridden before but would love some direction, we are your place to go. We offer lessons year round in our indoor arena and can even do a bit of trail riding around our beautiful property. We have several different lesson horses to choose from depending on riding experience. Please message me for more details.
