💥 If you are considering purchasing a Bunny from Lynne’s Bunny Barn, please read the following sales policies carefully.
🐰 All bunnies are purebred and will be pedigreed, unless stated otherwise.
🥕 Pet quality bunnies may be sold without pedigree and should not be used for breeding. We have determined they do not meet the standard issued by the ARBA and therefore would discourage showing or breeding the bunny. To do so would be in direct violation of Lynne’s Bunny Barn’s sales policy.
🐰 Bunnies will be available to be reserved between 4-6 weeks of age. Reserving your bunny will require a 50% NON-REFUNDABLE deposit. The deposit can be paid via Venmo or Pay-Pal. The remaining 50% will be due at the time of pick up. Please remember, the 50% deposit is non-refundable. A bunny will remain available until a deposit is received. Bunnies will be sold on a first come, first serve basis.
🥕 We will contact you as the bunny is weaning and getting ready to leave to its new home to make arrangements for pick up. At this point, if we do not get a response within 24 hours, your deposit will be forfeited and the bunny will become available again. At the time of arranged pick up, a no call/no show will result in the loss of your deposit and the bunny will become available again. We're more than willing to work with you if your original scheduled time doesn’t work out, as long as you contact us before that time.
🐰 We reserve the right to refuse the sale of a bunny to anyone who I feel cannot provide a safe and loving home for our bunny.
🥕 We reserve the right to cancel a sale for any reason at our discretion. If this occurs, we will refund any money paid by you.
🐰 Every bunny will be thoroughly checked over by myself and is, to the best of my knowledge, healthy and ready to go to their new home.
🥕 Each bunny will come with a 24 hour health guarantee on everything except preventable trauma or stress. If your bunny dies in those 24 hours, we will replace your bunny. The bunny must be brought back to us so we can assess that what the bunny died from was something beyond your control.
🐰 We DO NOT give refunds.
🥕 We will not be responsible for any vet bills incurred by bunnies that have been sold. We do, however, advise the owner to contact us immediately so we can discuss any issues at hand.
🐰 Lynne’s Bunny Barn is not responsible for any veterinary fees incurred at ANY point during the life of the animal after leaving our care.
🥕 We do not guarantee any bunnies future breeding ability, reproductive performance, quality of offspring, show winning, temperament, size, etc. What you see at the time of purchase is what you are purchasing and it is solely at your own risk. If you are showing or breeding, you need to know what you are looking for. It is the buyer’s responsibility to confirm that the bunny is free from DQs (disqualifications) and is the show quality that they expect.
🐰 We make every effort to correctly determine the s*x of all rabbits, with a final confirmation before they leave our possession; however, bunny gender cannot be 100% guaranteed.
