Well perhaps a judge may see how unconstitutional the ban is and how it will only hurt the animals and the consumer.

Well as I have been telling people, here is proof that all those great "rescues" actually buy pups so you can "adopt" them.
It has been going on for years but the public never knows.
Oh and btw-They don't care if the pups come from "puppy mills".

Let the truth be told.
