Had a beautiful amazing ride this past weekend at Laurel Mountain with Anita Harter!!! I absolutely love riding up there, it’s so pretty and fun trails, I want to get up there more often. And of course Koda Blue was incredible, and so well behaved, I’m so proud of my baby boy, he’s 5 now which I can’t believe, and he’s turning into one hell of a trail horse!!!

Hi everyone!! I need some help from my friends, I am selling tickets for Crooked Creek Horse Park. Proceeds go directly to maintenance and upkeep of the park to continue holding events. There aren’t many local parks like this at all with both shows and trails, so it takes an army to allow a place like this to exist for us and for the kids of future!!! If Kamala Harris is running for president, she then can take credit for all the “accomplishments” of her administration. But then also can’t be blamed for all the failures and missteps of the administration because she was the vice president. Sooooo does that mean that she exists in the context of all that came before her… but also be unburdened by what has been???? 🤔🤔🤔😂😂😂😂

I LOVE THIS ANALOGY:
You are holding a cup of coffee when someone comes along and bumps into you or shakes your arm, making you spill your coffee everywhere.
Why did you spill the coffee?
"Because someone bumped into me!!!"
Wrong answer.
You spilled the coffee because there was coffee in your cup.
Had there been tea in the cup, you would have spilled tea.
Whatever is inside the cup is what will spill out.
Therefore, when life comes along and shakes you (which WILL happen), whatever is inside you will come out. It's easy to fake it, until you get rattled.
So we have to ask ourselves... “what's in my cup?"
When life gets tough, what spills over?
Joy, gratitude, peace and humility?
Anger, bitterness, victim mentality and quitting tendencies?
Life provides the cup, YOU choose how to fill it.
Today let's work towards filling our cups with gratitude, forgiveness, joy, words of affirmation, resilience, positivity; and kindness, gentleness and love for others!!! ❤️❤️❤️
