We still are privileged to provide many tons of feed to animals big and small. We still offer, and always will, seed and fertilizer to grow everything from corn to cucumbers to clover. Our Story

As you enter the front door, an old brass cowbell announces your arrival. You are greeted by a friendly voice as you take in the history that is prominently displayed around the store. No, this isn’t a scene from the 50’s, it is your actual experience when you visit Animals and Gardens Unlimited.

The original building that houses our retail store has been a fixture in New Egypt for almost 100 years. Originally called, GLF, then Agway, we take great care in keeping the history of the building alive. When you walk around the store, you will see many artifacts hanging on the walls that honor the agriculture industry, the foundation of the store, and the town. In fact, the wooden floors in the upper section of the store are original, beautifully restored when we expanded from the original 1200 square foot retail space into the attached warehouse.

Our friendly and knowledgeable staff is always ready and willing to help you – whether you need help finding the right food for your pet, advice about planting your garden, or you’re starting a flock of chickens. Visit our MEET OUR STAFF page to learn more about the members of our team.
