**RabbitsByClifford's Policy**
By obtaining a rabbit from us, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to the following terms:
Rabbits are show/breeding/pet rabbits. Show rabbits are defined as any rabbit that is showable, containing no disqualifications per the ARBA Standard of Perfection for that breed. We make no guarantee that any rabbit obtained from our rabbitry will do well in sho
w. Breeding/Pet rabbits are defined as any rabbit that may have some faults according to the breed standard, or may not be able to be shown for various reasons, but MAY be useful to a breeding program. We make no guarantee that any animal obtained will breed, produce quality offspring, or be useful to your breeding program.
--All rabbits will come with a pedigree & ear tattoo (excluding fryers).
--We do not guarantee the fertility of any rabbit.
--We do not guarantee the temperament of any rabbit.
--We do not guarantee that any rabbit is safe for consumption.
--It is the duty of the purchaser to check & verify that the rabbit is of the correct s*x at the time of pick-up. We do not exchange rabbits for incorrect s*x.
--Health & Safety:
To the best of our knowledge, all of our rabbits are healthy at the time of sale. We will not let any rabbit go with visible signs of infection, or any other visible illness.

--Holds:
We will hold a rabbit for up to 14 days with a 50% non-refundable dep. The rabbit will not be considered “held” until the deposit is made and will remain “available” up until that point. If your rabbit has not been picked up by the agreed date, you forfeit the rabbit and any dep. made on it unless you've spoken to us & have made other arrangements.
--Transportation:
You will be responsible for arranging transport. We are willing to meet at shows that we plan to attend or meet for an extra cost to cover gas with the acknowledgement that we will not drive over an hour away from our home.
*Discounts are given for 4H, FFA & other youth programs*
--We do not allow the sell of any rabbits under 8 weeks excluding 4H members who need fryers.
--Fryers will not be wormed due to age, but any rabbit over 8 weeks may be wormed prior to pick-up.
--We reserve the right to refuse anyone for any reason. Additionally, we reserve the right to cancel based on violation of the policy/agreement. We're not responsible for any damages that may occur as a result of obtaining an animal from our rabbitry. Thank you for supporting our passion as well as the dreams and futures of our children!
