Let’s do some basic microchip myth-busting 😸

No, microchips do not jeopardize your privacy. The information you provide to the microchip registry will only be used to contact you in the event that your pet is found and their microchip is scanned.

No, the microchip is not a GPS device and cannot track your animal if they get lost. But, it’s the best way for us to contact you if they are stolen or found by someone else!

No, placing the microchip is not a difficult procedure! The chip is placed using a slightly larger needle than you would see for a typical vaccination, and no surgery or anesthesia is required.

Accidents happen and pets can go missing, and microchips are the first thing we check to reunite animals with their families!

HAPPY MOTHER’S DAY!!! 💗
We were contacted about this little girl about a month ago but we didn’t know she was pregnant at the time! We named her Sunflower and she delivered 3 healthy kittens today!
She has a head tilt and we are still trying to get answers for that but her the tilt has improved since we rescued her! We are praying it will continue to improve now that she has good nutrition and Vet care.
Mom and babies are doing just fine! Happy Mother’s Day sweet girl, you did an amazing job! 💗

Rescue and Therapy

Doing rescue is part of who we are. Its in our blood. We are warriors for the unwanted, abused, neglected and the abandoned. Rescue, Rehabilitation and Rehome for furever is our goal! We take our time to know each baby that comes through our door so we can find the right home- not the first home- so each adoption is successful. We do rescue different and challenge other rescues to higher standards of excellent rescue.

Rescues get so many calls from families who loved ones go into assisted living and senior centers everyday. We could never imagine not having cats in our lives. So we decided to train cats that had the right abilities to be therapy cats. The joy that we see on the seniors faces is immeasurable! Sharing cats and letting folks have them back even for just a short awhile is something we WANT to do as much as we can and every opportunity we can.

We are bursting at the seams with how much we have to give and hope everyone that follows us does as well.
