Our condolences to Helen Rich and Ali DeGray on the passing of the multi-World Champion “Heartland High Tech”. He lit up the show ring everytime he entered. Congratulations to Jacqueline Ohrstrom on her recent purchase of Heartland Remember Me. By Heartland Happy Dance out of Heartland Shadowfox (mother of Heartland Secret Weapon). This Junior Harness Pony will remain in training at Majestic Oaks. Recently crowned the 2024 Gasparilla Charity Horse Show UPHA Harness Pony Classic winner with driver, Shelby Balmas.

Heartland Secret Weapon was the last pony that the late Darrel Kolkman drove at the World Championship Horse Show in 2019. Getting a lot of attention for his natural ability and talent which comes from years of developing the Heartland Hackney Farm bloodlines. Still one of the greatest achievements for breeder Darrel Kolkman. Only wishing he was still around to see the offsprings hitting the show ring.

Heartland Equality was considered by some to perhaps be the greatest Hackney pony of all time. He is the only pony to ever win the UPHA Classic Finals at the ages of two, three and four. He was also voted the World’s Peoples Choice Hackney Pony of the Century by Horse World magazine readers.

Undefeated as a cob-tail, Equality won the World Grand Championship in 1999, 2000, and 2003. He was also featured in Sports Illustrated Magazine as the animal that best represents the Hackney breed.

Over the years, Equality’s daughters have proven to be great producers of show ponies. Heartland Equality May 1, 1996-October 26, 2023. Trainer Rich Campbell.

Only a 4-year old by Heartland Summer Rain. First time in the show ring. Winning the World Grand Championship Harness Pony Stake class at Louisville, Kentucky. Thank you to team Majesty Oaks, trainer Rich Campbell, and driver Tony Aguilar. Congratulations to the new owners Mr. and Mrs. Mark Wahls.
