We had a good Weekend at Ohio HRC
My own Fury earned her first Seasoned pass.
Legend 1 pass in finished would have been 2 if someone hadn’t been running a bitch in heat.
Ruckus 2 passes in finished
Kase 1 pass in finished
Was a good weekend and we had a great time

Now I want to talk about how things used to be when I first started running HRC
Many years ago
clubs did Bitch checks
Now for some reason they don’t take the time to do it.
I check my own females myself
I don’t want to have someone fail there dogs because of my female being in heat and male dogs cannot help giving into there noses when Mother Nature has instilled such a deep instinct.
Now I know this last week there was a female in heat running in my finished Flight.
Shame on whoever did that.

Second I was always under the impression from years ago you don’t park a white vehicle behind the line for dogs to look back at when in the field
Well how about having one in the field with dogs running a blind with it in view not far off the line to blind or tucking a blind bird up under a bush with Stickers on it. Against a wall of cover and no wind.
This was in a seasoned test.
It was a nice test with out adding all that bu****it to it.
Shame on the committee for approving it.
I did go to the club and voice my concerns not for me but, for my client dogs and all of my HRC family running dogs.
I was told said person was going to look at it
Later the day I ask so what did you think
I was told by this person
Well my dogs did ok
I wanted to scream it’s not about your dogs or my dogs
It’s about all the new people coming in to HRC losing there dogs over something stupid.
I was also told they never heard of it being a no no to have white vehicles in the test or behind the line
Now am I imagining that.
Give me your opinions
I’m I just a crazy old lady.

I also want to add
How Proud I am of Trent Livingston who I have Been mentoring in hopes of him taking over one day.
He did a fine Job this weekend.
He is always there to help me most of the time one step ahead.

HRCH UH FERN AND HRCH MAGNUM
Both parent has one Grand pass and all health clearances

These are the cutest puppies and so well socialized going for there first swim Thursday and live bird intro.
There older siblings are doing wonderful things.

These pups goes back to my first hunt test dog Blaze who gave me Flame.
