This touching message I received tonight holds immense significance for me. Being entrusted with what you value most is truly indescribable—thank you, thank you! I understand that all of you are experiencing grief during this time, and I will do everything I can to ease your burden. Your trust in me is of the utmost importance, and prioritizing what is right for people is my number one goal.

Our boy DJ came to us as an abused rescue. He challenged us, he was high energy and he ultimately became a great companion for both of us! He loved being home or on the boat and our time outside always caused him to perk up!
His heart condition was always a concern but he never knew he was sick. He accompanied us everywhere…if we went, DJ was with us. At the end it a trip to KY a couple weeks ago he was not well. We tried, Dr. Brads team tried and UT Vet Clinic tried. We lost our boy! The heartbreak, the emptiness and the pain was overwhelming. 8PM Thursday night we were numb with grief, emotion and sadness. We found Becky and Bailey’s Blessings. The level of calm, comfort and compassion was amazing. In our time of grief she was an angel. Our boy was gone, we were riddled with the loss. Becky made the next steps amazingly easy.
We thank Bailey’s Blessings for helping us through this journey.

MRI studies have revealed something amazing about dogs. Their love for their owners goes beyond food, toys, or even other dogs. Scientists discovered that when a dog smells its owner, a special part of its brain actually lights up more than it does when the dog smells food or another animal.

This part of the brain, called the caudate nucleus, is connected to feelings of love and reward. The reaction is so strong that it shows dogs aren’t just recognizing a familiar scent, they’re feeling joy and affection.

It proves that when our dogs look at us or come running to greet us, it’s not just habit. Deep inside their brains, they truly love us, in a way that’s powerful and real.
