5 years ago today I told myself “it’s time to work for yourself again”. (Had my own grooming business in Vermont before moving to Maryland) I decided to start grooming neighbors dogs in the kitchen of my previous house in the evenings after my day job and kid routine. After about a year of that, I took the leap and quit my day job to groom full time from my house. What was suppose to be some extra cash turned into Grooming By Evelyn with 980 clients. Never did I imagine I’d be where I am today. I’ve watched families grow and move. I’ve made some really close friends along the way.

Customers who love you will market you more powerfully than you can possibly market yourself. I’ve gained the clientele I have based only on referrals. Thank YOU for trusting me and supporting me along this journey. 🤍

Happy Thanksgiving Eve! 🦃

I’m thankful for so many things in life. Including all of my clients. Many of you ask how Enzo (my show dog) and I are doing. Im thankful for all the paw prints all over my floors, the slobbery kisses on my face, and the fur all over my clothes. I love all my dogs but Enzo is that special one. The one I loose sleep at night thinking about. Together we’re mapping out a lifetime of memories. Thank you to all those supporting us along the way. 🤍
