Come meet Mr. Chance! He is a CT RESCUE BOY. He was CT surrendered a few month ago due to no fault of his own. He is s 2 year old neutered male who has spent the last few months healing from an unlucky post surgical infection. Thanks to the great care of valley vet he is back to feeling himself and excited to find a forever home.

He is super great with other dogs. As seen in the pictures below he is SUPER tolerant even with 3 puppies hanging off his face. He favors a place where he could roam the house free enjoying a comfy dog bed or soft couch.

He can be a little shy around adult men but with time and patience he warms up. Our rescue voelntwers have also been working with him nonstop to help him overcome any worries he may have. He seems to be very comfortable with females and children right away.

He's a good boy who will fill your heart with love and happiness. Our rescue staff has become quite attached to Mr. Chance and we want him to be with the right people who understand who he is and what he needs.

Momma Maureen and her puppies are almost ready to find their forever homes. These pups came to us at only 3 weeks old from a rough situation. They are now 6.5 weeks old and will be ready to go in a few weeks.

Pre-Adoption is available at this time.

About mama Maureen: She is an angel. Always sweet towards other dogs, food, toys, or people picking up and playing with her puppies. She is a really good mom, takes good care of the pups and is beyond happy to see people and go for walks. Mom is about 25-30 lbs with short hair that sheds very lightly. 11/10 personality and we expect her puppies to be just like her when they grow up. Mama is potty trained, crate trained (not that she needs it), and knows simple commands. Mama Maureen will be available within the next few weeks once her pups wean.

Her puppies are predicted to have short hair that has little shedding, and be about 20-30 lbs. Pictures below have puppies’ names and s*x. Puppies are up-to-date on vaccines.

Meet Toes! She is a 3 month old Chocolate Lab mix. She is as sweet and cuddly as they come. Loves other dogs. She is pretty brave for a pup she used the stairs on her first try (which puppies never do). She is fully vaccinated, spayed, and receive flea and tick prevention, heart worm prevention, and treatment for any intestinal parasites.

This chocolate girls ears are the cutest. They already stick straight up. She is a medium energy pup, likes to play but will also lay in your arms for hours.

Nolan 🪴 had an awesome one on one photo shoot with one of our volunteers. This guy is kind, sweet, and really smart. Our volenteer said “Nolan majorly grew on me tonight, because he is more laid back sometimes it’s feels easy to skip over him when all the pups are out. However after getting to hang out with him alone I could see how loyal and caring he is. He truly appreciates human kindness and wants to be a family dog or a man’s (or women’s) best friend. He walked well on the leash, and even did well off the leash.”

Nolan had the opportunity spend his first few weeks with us in a home with an amazing foster family the rescue has. He learned so much there including crate training, how to socialize with other dogs and kids of all ages (family as 3 small kids). He also learned sit, is working on come, lay down, and potty training but very close to mastering all 3.
