Nothing makes us at Daisy Bites feel more special than hearing from our doggies 🐶 and their dog mommies directly!!! 🥰

Daisy Bites truly was started because we lost three pups of our own WAY, WAY, WAYYYYYY too early and all to cancer.

All, just about at the age of 10, and we were left heartbroken. So when we got ourselves our Daisy #2 our fourth dog (and in honor of Daisy #1) I knew that cooking and baking homemade treats with ingredients that I knew were 👉 ONLY the best + healthiest option for my dog was not only an option but a necessity . . . and the rest as you say was history.

Thank you to all of our trusting + loyal dog moms + dog dads! We love you and can't wait to share all of our new flavor additions and special collections coming this Holiday Season.

Do you travel with your dog? We go to Germany every year and truly the BEST part about this Summer 2024 trip to Germany???

DaisyOnTheGeaux 🐾 she got to experience Loved sharing places I'm from with Thomas and making new memories with Thomas and Daisy.

We coined this trip "trains, planes, and automobiles" 🤣 We have literally been on numerous planes, trains, streetcars, S-Bahn, automobiles, busses, boats Dampfer, and more. . .

📣Gertie's Gotcha Day - talk about a pawty for pups! 🥳🎂🐾

Today was a very special day for a very special pup adopted by the firefighting crew at St. Tammany Fire District 9!🧑‍🚒👩‍🚒

Hailing from St. Tammany Parish Department of Animal Services, Gertie the Fire Dog was adopted during one of our fee-sponsored events last summer with the wonderful folks at St. Tammany Fire District 9. ❤

Chief Scott Brewer, his wonderful wife Anne, Emily, Ted and the entire crew go above and beyond to partner to save lives - and Gertie's was one of them! ❤

Left behind after most of the dogs were adopted last year, it broke their hearts and they decided they couldn't let her go back to the shelter where she'd be an older black dog out of 220+ begging for a home. ❤

She's been living her best life over the past year, following her team to different locations, she's got a comfy bed, treats and toys at every stop! ❤

We sent a very special "Gotcha Day" cake for Gertie, and pupcakes for all, thanks to the very talented Nadine at Daisy Bites Dog Bakery, and by the look of things, Gertie loved it! ❤

Thanks to Chief, Anne, Emily, Ted and the team at Fire District #9 for sharing this special day trying to get other angels adopted - the 9 pups that went to forever homes are grateful! ❤👏

It's not every day that I get to be part of such a special story like Charlies'! I'm so happy he is now adopted and gets to be spoiled from here on out!

📣4 paws up to Nadine with Daisy Bites Dog Bakery for delivering the most paw-some "Gotcha Day" cake to Charlie! 👏😍🐶
Charlie's dad reported that he absolutely loved it, as did his siblings Gumbo and Ellie!

This angel has been celebrating all week with his wonderful family, and he deserves all the love and attention he's getting! ❤️
His has been a ruff road, but we're praying it's nothing but long walks and soft beds from here on out!

You'll remember him as Johhny, the poor pup that was violently struck and left for dead on Hwy 22 in Mandeville.

Laying motionless for some time, he was spotted by a passerby who called a shelter volunteer, who called the shelter, and finally, an ACO went out to pick him up. 🥲

His injuries were so extensive, that we weren't sure if we could commit to saving him, but our dear friend Dr. John Mauterer at Capital Area Veterinary Specialists came to our aid. 👏

Thankfully our supporters were right there donating and matched by our own angel Mr. Sunshine🌞- Chris stepped up to foster and then adopt (what a lifesaver) - Dr. Mauterer and his team got him all fiexed up - Dr. J at the shelter treated him for heartworms - and now it's happy tails ahead! ❤️❤️

A huge thanks to Nadine for the delivery, and the delicious cake! She’s baking full-time in our area now, please give her a call, your pup will thank you for it! 🐶
