This tiny creature really captured my heart. Her name is Pop Tart and she is a Pomeranian with alopecia on her head. I'm not sure if it will grow back but it doesn't matter because she is just adorable. She was running for days and no one could catch her! She is up for adoption at Big Easy Animal Rescue.
