We had planned to be closed this morning as one of our dogs was having surgery, but we didn’t expect to walk into the shop after that and discover a massive water leak from a broken pipe above us. As a result we will be closed the rest of today, Thursday 6/12. We hope to be able to open tomorrow, but will post if we can’t. Thank you for understanding. MSSING DOG! - This sweet girl was being picked up at the Water Street Market from a rescue by her new owners when she got away. She answers to Missy or “Baby Girl”. If you see her please call her owner Jodie 518-232-0959!
There was a possible sighting on 32. New Paltz Police and dog catcher have both been notified. Please share and help this little rescue girl make it to her new forever home.

I know it’s been a while since anything has been posted here, losing Bob and Ellie hit in a way that completely incapacitated me and I haven’t been able to face posting anything here. But today is the 2 year anniversary of losing Ellie and it’s time to stop keeping this little man to myself. Some of you may have met him already, to others he may be a surprise. Introducing Basil (pronounced Bazel)! Thanks to the miracle of cryogenics Basil is actually Bob’s genetic half brother. He reminds me so much of Bob in a lot of his mannerisms, but he’s also 100% his own man. He’s about a year and a half old now and he absolutely adores his big sister Nora, so I’m sure these two will have lots of their own adventures together and hopefully you’ll be here to see them.
